Accountability - Sunday
Didn't do too much today. We apparently got a call to remind us to bring grapefruit juice to the church breakfast this morning and I got the message about 2 minutes before we were suppose to BE at the church...we were late and had warm grapefruit juice..But we recovered. We didn't go to breakfast, full from the breakfast. I didn't eat anything but dh was full so we went grocery shopping and then home to veg in front of the tube...and do some genealogy research. I got a match and an email from someone..I'm hoping it really pans out.
List for the day:
my normal breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce
L: 1/3 of a pastrami quesadilla
Snack: 1 chef jay protein cookie. I know it has lots of carbs but i could smell the corned beef cooking and had to eat something.
D: 4 oz corned beef, various assorted stewed carrots, celery...with mustard. YUM..turned out good.
Dessert: the other chef jay protein cookie..stuffed!
I didn't get all my water in but all my vitamins got in..

Someone told me that I've put on a few pounds today...I'm not sure if they mean it or if they were being nasty...It's sure messed with my head in any case.

1130-grilled chicken snadwich w top removed
1430-string cheese and rf wheat thins
1630-fage w raspberries and bran buds
1830-tortilla pizza w turkey pepperoni
2100-baked chips w salsa
all my water ran a 10 K, few errands and grocery shopping.

I'm so tired from the weekend, I nearly wanted to stay home but I didn't.
Your list looks really good. Have you tried sandwiches wrapped in lettuce instead of the bread at all? It's awesome...no bread to fill you up and all that protein...I do it alot.
