Accountability - Saturday
Today was another early day. Not sure why but I got up about 2:30 am and did some housework..Then I went back to bed for an hour or so and back up at 7:00 am...Then we went to breakfast early. No first breakfast of oatmeal here..So, of course, I am low on calories without that 400 calorie jumpstart.. We went shopping and to the air fair at the local public airport...fun stuff. Lots of exercise, got tired; treated it with caffeine..didn't nap and then worked on scrapbook pages. I'm done with 2007 and ready to start on 2008...woo hoo.
B: scrambled egg quesadilla, ate half of it.
L: 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup spinach, zesty italian dressing
S: 2 sugar free mini muffins
D: Trader Joe's Chicken Patty, 114 grams, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1T blue cheese dressing wrapped in lettuce..
I'm good for the day or maybe have a snack cuz I'm low..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1174
Fat: 74.8
Carbs: 51.4
Protein: 77.1
It actually feels good to be able to say no to the 1400-1600 calories a day...Like I have more control than I used to..I can't keep that sort of thing up because, mentally, I'm sure I need more calories - head hunger gets really bad unless I'm busy..

I came home from my 12 hour shift and went to bed after the babysitter came for my DD. Went to my running groups 1 year anniversary this evening, now home and will be off to bed as 4 hours of sleep was not enough.
0800-special K w milk
1800-pasta w meat sauce and salad
2000-1/2 scoop regular ice cream
2100-baked chips and salsa
No exercise, not enough water and no calcium.

Hmmm. you did add alittle calcium with special K; milk AND the ice cream...not enough but it is something.

The sleep thing is really rough. I have only gotten 6 hours friday night and saturday night..not sure what the issue is. Maybe it's the cool mornings and I want to get up and get moving..I love the fall and it feels a tiny bit like fall around here.
