A while back I purchased a B Complex in caplet form from Wal*Mart.  I can't remember the name, this pill was yellow with not horrible smell.  Anyone know what I'm talking about.

Thanks!

Yes, they are either B-50's or B 100's. I take 2 of the B 100's every day. One in AM and one at night. They are called 50 or 100's cause they are either 50% or 100% of your B vitamins for the day. (for a normie, that is) We take twice as much. It's a good way to get in ALL your B's at once. Except for sub lingual B-12, which I take separately.

I just bought a B-complex in caplet form, not at Walmart but from Vitacost.com. They ARE smaller than the tablet form, which is nice.  Fresh vitamins should not have an odor. If they stink, throw them out.
