Accountability - Thursday
It was a pretty good day. The things I did today worked out pretty well and no one irritated me until just before I went home. I swear...People who are told to do things in June ought not wait until the middle of September when they need it by the first of October...SHEESH..Convince me that it's an emergency when you waited till the last minute..no way.
Before I left for work this morning I baked two chicken breasts for future salads but decided to make about 8 ounces of one breast into barbeque chicken sandwiches for the boys for dinner when I got home. Me? I got a salad..I love a good meat salad..low cal, high protein..perfect.
So here is my list for the day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/Sugar Free Cocoa Mix (homemade)
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup apple sauce NSA
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
8:20 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
12:00 pm 4 oz burger patty, wrapped in lettuce with onion, tomato, pickle and thousand island dressing on the side (1T)
1:25 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hydrating Berry
2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:50 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hydrating Berry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
6:30 pm 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 slices tomato and 1 oz zesty italian dressing.
I have alot of room for a snack..thinking sf ice cream cuz I wanna make room in the freezer for more good stuff and it's getting too cold for ice cream.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1225
Fat: 54.4
Carbs: 73.2
Protein: 113.2
I could have a good day all in all but that ice cream is carb heavy...or I could have a cookie and that's definitely carb heavy...But that's okay. I have plenty of room for that.

I know Algebra is hard for alot of people. My sister tried to pass Algebra 3 or 4 times...never could do it. I loved Algebra. It's a set of equations and once I memorized the equations (and I'm BIG on memorizing stuff...numbers, sets of numbers and stats) it wasn't hard anymore. But to each his own. I know Algebra isn't for alot of people.

I was at a meeting from 0700-1130 and they had an array of crap to eat! I had;
0800-string cheese and grapes
1000-string cheese and a fiber bar(very small)
1130-baked cheetos
1300-6 inch subway turkey and pepperjack w/ top bread removes
1400-sf cookie and sf pudding
1800-1/2 wheat english muffin w almond butter
2030-salmon,1/2 c mashed taters and brocoli
2115-sf ice cream
4 mile run, all my water and vits trying to help my 4th grader with her homework; I can't figure it out. I havea masters degree and i can't do 4th grade grammar!

Why is it when they have meetings they bring out donuts and fruit and call it a breakfast? Most people eat that stuff up but I look at it and figure it's just not worth the way it makes me feel afterwards. Oh yeah, I can work through that feeling but why? LOL.
What is it about grammar that's changed over the years? Don't we all sort of speak the same language? I guess not..I looked at a current dictionary and some of the words in there, my great grandmother would never have let pass her lips! The world is just not the same as it used to be.
