Accountability - Wednesday
Today was a long long day. Step daughter issues..But it's done now. I can relax for a while. I didn't get my allergy shot today..they didn't have enough stuff to give me the shot so I have to go back tomorrow. The day was full of unexpected things and disappointments but it wasn't exactly bad..just not exactly good either.
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/Sugar Free Cocoa Mix ((homemade)
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup apple sauce NSA
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
9:20 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
10:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
11:00 am 5 oz chicken thigh, roasted, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
1:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:00 pm 3 oz ricotta cheese
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
4:00 pm 1 medium nectarine
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
6:30 pm 1/2 cup sloppy joe meat, 1 pita pocket
I'm not sure if I did good or bad but I know I got too much in the carb column..

I had a pretty good day. Nothing exciting but nothing too bad. I'm just ready for the weekend already!!
My good eats..
Early AM: 8 oz coffee w/ splenda & half n half
On way to school: Diet hot chocolate made with 8 oz of soy milk
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Snack: South beach diet protein cereal bar
Lunch: 1/4 cup of shredded bbq chicken breast, 1 pork spare rib & 1/2 an ear of corn on cob
Snack: String cheese & 3 strawberries
Dinner: 1 bbq pork spare rib, 1/4 cup of shredded bbq chicken breast & 1/4 cup of baked beans.
Snack: EAS RTD protein shake

Fat.. 50.3
Carbs.. 78.0
Protein.. 98.2

You did great! You numbers and the ratios look very familiar...It's what I shoot for each day...sometimes I make it, sometimes I fall short and that carb number is too high sometimes. I try not to stress out over that carb number..
What really is the indicator is how I feel the next morning..This morning my ankles are swollen...too much salt. Sort of achey...too many carbs..It's gonna be a long winter, I have to think.

Hello ladies! I have been so busy, I moss doing these posts! I had sloppy Joes on Tuesday; yum! Busy day at work today, all week really! Oh well Friday is coming!
