Ah, back to work and back on schedule. Does anyone besides me find it easier to stay on a plan when I have a set schedule? I'm such a creature of habit. Very addictive personality, I guess. I've set myself up a cause/effect sort of thing with the water where when I put the car in gear, I'm thirsty automatically but I just can't get to where I eat and drink on schedule without driving somewhere and then sitting at my desk. I went to the grocery store on my lunch and you can tell! I drank 12 oz of water in the car on the way there..keys and bottle in hand!  
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/Sugar Free Cocoa Mix ((homemade)
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup apple sauce NSA
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/ NSA Swiss Miss
9:05 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
11:15 am 1/2 serving of soy crisps
11:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
12:30 pm 5 oz chicken thigh, boneless, roasted, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 medium tomato, 1 oz asian dressing
1:20  pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
4:05 pm 1 medium apple
4:35 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated (I needed another pick me up...running low)

6:30 pm 4 oz boneless pork chop, 1/2 cup mash potatoes

7:30 pm 2 mini sugar free muffins

Totals for the day: 
Calories: 1606
Fat: 69.7
Carbs: 124.5
Protein: 128.5

Not bad. I can do better and I probably will tomorrow. How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

B: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and 3 strips of turkey bacon

S:  90 calorie granola bar

L: Ham, cheese, light mayo, mustard and lettuce on 2 slices of light wheat toast

S:  Carb/sugar control yogart & handful of grapes

D: Smart Ones frozen dinner and light yogart

S: EAS RTD protein shake
