I don't feel like I did that much today but I look back on the day and know I did get alot accomplished..I'm sure tired and tomorrow I need to be on my A game with all the stuff going on. Still need to give the dog a bath too. I better hurry.

List for the day:

Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce

S: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat, 17 soy crisps

L: chicken breast over a bed of lettuce/spinach and tomatoes, with zesty italian dressing.

S: 2 sugar free muffins

Dinner: 5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 cup cauliflower

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1495
Fat: 64.4
Carbs: 106.1
Protein: 128.9

I did alright this weekend..Not too bad on carbs. I could have done better on my vitamins and water..I can always do better on my water on the weekends. Oh well, tomorrow I can do alot of good and I will head in the right direction.

How did you do? Did you have a nice weekend? I know Amy got a new puppy...I saw your post! I can hardly wait to hear the details.

Hey Ladies.
I had a fun Labor day. I went to the lake with family and friends all day and we had a great time. We went swimming, cooked on the grill, drove the jet ski, went tubbing and ate lots of good food!

My good Labor Day eats.. 

B: Diet hot chocolate made with 8 oz light soy milk

S: 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob

L: 1 hot dog (no bun), 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob, 2 deviled egg halves & 2 strawberries

S: Handful of bbq chips, 2 orange wedges, few grapes, few watermelon chunks
S: 2 oreo cookies

D: Shredded bbq pork on bottom of hamburger bun, baked beans, potato salad

S: 1 small bbq pork spare rib & 2 oreo cookies

S: 1 deviled egg half & few watermelon chunks.

Gosh, good thing I didn't do fitday! I'd probably have a massive heart attack! I did graze all day but I was very active

Oh yeah, I can tell you're doing better..oreos? LOL. I have some 100 calories packs of oreos..I may hit that later.
