No one is around this weekend, but I am..Not too busy but I did do some housework and shopping. I also got prints of all our photos and I'm started on the scrapbooking for 2004 and 2005...working through the years and getting caught up. By the time I get to 2008, I'll be ready to let it sit again!

Breakfast: I knew I'd have to wait till after church to get to eat so I did eat my oatmeal. That was the highest carb count I did...oatmeal, tvp, applesauce and soy milk.

2Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese (probably not real swiss!)

L: Actually just a snack rather than a meal: hard boiled egg, 1 pc mozzarella cheese stick

Snack: 2 mini sugar free muffins

Dinner: buffalo patty, 1 slice cheddar cheese (real stuff), 2 slices tomato, a bit of grilled onions and 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing...I eat buffalo burgers like a steak, actually..good stuff.

I have had three bottles of water so far but I'm thinking another bottle is in order. It's cooling off nicely here so I may even do some outdoor stuff before the sun goes down..

gosh, my life is so busy now with school and working but my eating is good.

Sunday's good eats..

B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 1 strip of bacon, 1 sausage pattie, 1 slice of wheat toast

S: Orange

L: 2 BBQ chicken drumsticks

S: South beach diet protein cereal bar

D:  1 thick slice of meat loaf, 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli & 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes

S: 1 Reduced sugar brownie

S: 2 light beers

Good list..You're doing really well. It's calming down alittle with school and work? I don't mean that it's fun or relaxing but you're getting it down. GREAT.

Yes things are calming down. I'm getting use to the change. It was just hard for the first week because I'm use to having my mornings free to do whatever I want or take a nap before work. Now I'm going to school in the morning and homework before work. All free time is reading, studying or homework. I was a bit overwhelmed but I feel a little better. I keep telling myself that it will all pay off in the end!
