Accountability - Saturday
I'm thinking hard about my breakfasts this weekend. You'll see the difference in my list today, I'm sure.
Breakfast was really late, 10 am: 4 oz burger patty wrapped in a lettuce leaf, tomatoes, pickles, onions and thousand island dressing.
L: 1 can (5 oz) tuna, packed in water drained, 1oz zesty italian dressing, minced onions, in a 100% whole wheat pita (medium size) and two slices tomato and 1 slice cheddar cheese
D: 5 oz stewed chicken, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1 slice tomato, ranch dressing and an ounce of ricotta cheese
I had four bottles of water today..thinking maybe a nice warm cup of tea..

Calories: 1180
Fat: 65.5
Carbs: 40.0
Protein: 105.4
I'm thinking maybe popcorn for a dessert if I feel like it...I could increase that carb number alittle.
Maybe the oatmeal in the morning is causing carb cravings? It sure seems like it. I don't feel the need to eat any cookies or anything...but I am feeling snacky. Hmmm.
