Well, getting that much closer to the weekend. Today was another opportunity to do the right thing and keep on the straight and narrow. I tell you, trying on my wedding dress sure inspired me yesterday! I'm ready to get to business, drag myself out and move some more. When the weather breaks and the temps come down alittle, I'll be out there!

How did you do? Keep on the path, you'll do fine.

You just can't beat a thrift store for bargains..My favorite find was a beautiful Ralph Lauren Dress brand new with tags (original price was $150) and I bought it for $4.99...then they gave me a 1/3 off because of the color of their tag...Amazing stuff. I also got a brand new sax dress for $8.99 and 1/3 off of that..Sadly the Sax dress didn't fit but no problem.

Your list is really good. You're doing really good with your food and numbers. I found that starchy carbs bring up my body temp (probably why we all put on weight in the winter) but I think this year, I'll wear more sweaters. LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

I am wearing one of my favorite thrift store finds today! A fresh Produce dress. It is a pretty green that looks very nice on me. I paid $5.99 and it was used but looked new. You and dawn must be better shopeers than me!

Sounds like a wonderful find! My daughter saw on tv that you can distress your own jeans with sand papper and a cheese grater so I went and got her jeans from the thrift some to distress. They actually look very good. I found a pair of Old navy jeans with the tags on for $3.99. I am loving this!!

Hey Ya'll

Horrible day yesterday not enough protein vs. total carb intake, was traveling for work, no breaks in the schedule to get in a protein fix, hammered at work, so little time to stop for food...Unfortunately, it looks like today is shaping up badly on the carbs again , need to step back and readjust now while its still early in the day, but getting slammed again and on the road tonight traveling right after work so does not look good for a healthy dinner either...That leave only lunch to make up for lost time...

B - oh yeah banana and cream mini shake
S - toasty pb crackers
S - sensible sweets cocoa
L - 1/2 the filling from a chicken & broccoli quiche and about 1 1/2 cups white chicken chili
D - almond chicken with aspargus
S - 3 oreo's
S - 1/3 serving of tuscan nuts

Water / crystal lite - 112 oz                      Cals - 1145     Fat - 51     Carbs - 81     Protein 67

Seems a bit low on protein like you said...I'm not sure why though..chicken chili should have more protein than calories and chicken with the asparagus...should too. Maybe the crackers and oreo's? Don't get discouraged though...one day isn't going to bring you rock bottom...you can still get back up and get after it..

Look how low the calories are! You did really good and the fat is really low...good job. Keep up the good work.
