Went out to dinner tonight for our anniversary...fun times. Great food. But I'm really tired. time for bed

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup apple sauce NSA
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:15 am 1 oz cheese stick
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
12:00 pm 4 oz burger patty, lettuce leaf, tomato, thousand island dressing
12:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:10 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Banana Strawberry

7:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch

8:00 pm 5 oz prime rib, 1/2 cup salad, 1T ranch dressing, 1 oz baked potato (well over an hour to eat this much!) 

No drinking this time. Apple tini last time did me in..I did much better this time! I didn't do too bad. I had a tiny, and I mean tiny bit of chocolate chip cookie. Not enough to make me dump so it must have been miniscule...

How did you do? Tomorrow we do it all over again...day after day, one foot in front of the other and set off in the direction we wanna go...Stop and take your bearings and set off again in the correct direction..we all can do that..Shall we? The road is yours! GO.

Happy anniversery! I will be celebrating my 13th on the 14th of this month; time goes so fast!
0800-protein drink made with soy mild
1000-reduced sugar brownie
1200-roast, brocoli,brown rice 1/4 C
1400-reduced sugar brownie
1600-pretzel at the mall
2100-scrambled eggs w/cheese 1/2 wheat english muffin
All my water and vits. Did go running but had to cut it short my right knee kept wanting to buckle. I will rest it today, it is not sore unless I touch it. I have not been stretching like I should. Had a meeting at church with the other Sunday school teachers, that is why I did not get to eat until 9PM.

I had a pretty good day yesterday..

My good eats..

Early AM: 12 oz of coffee w/ half n half & Splenda

Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon & EAS RTD protein shake

Snack: Beef jerky

Lunch: Salad.. ham, egg, cheese, raw veggies & light ranch dressing

Snack: Grapes & Carb/sugar control yogurt

Dinner: Sweet n sour chicken breast & 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob.

Snack: 10 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
