work or home computer? I only worked a half day. School starts tomorrow so we always have "princess day" the day before. I took my 9 yo to have her nails done, out to lunch at her favorite place and then we finished shopping. We had everything except a backpack and new lunch bag. i was surprised Target still had a good selection of everything.
0700-high fiber oatmea
0930-rf torkey bacon breakfast sandwich
11330-fiber one bar
1330- 10 tortilla chips w salsa, carne asada and few bites refried beans
1600-mango mantra from jamba juice-non dairy and made with splenda, 180 calories
1900-roast beef and half sweet potato
2100-reduced suagr brownie
not enough water due to shopping, and was a rest day so no exercise.

It's our home computer. At work, I have a whole team who can come (and do come) to my rescue over the slightest little thing. I bulked the whole computer and re-loaded the operating system then I upgraded the virus protection. It turns out that Vista has a problem if upgrades are stopped because the monitor goes to sleep...who knew? anyway, all fixed and faster now..

You need to carry tha****er with you..I have an extra big purse because I carry one or two bottles with me. Usually one is empty!

You did really good on the eating..I figure shopping should be an olympic sport at my house..well, in my mind anyway.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

That's amazing. My neice teaches autistic children! and yesterday while I was at the allergist, I saw an article on diet and autism...The jist of the article is that a glutten free, caseinne free diet seems to help. I reached for that article for two reasons. genetically our family has a history of celiac (glutten reaction) and because of Heather and her heart for autism. She's running in the triathalon train4autism in October.

I can understand your frustration. I get so mad about people who get it for NO reason. A neighbor of ours is an alcoholic...he's on SSDI..gets $850 a month...jerk. I wouldn't slow down if I saw him on the road and he was crossing slowly...I'm just sayin.

I'd agree the stress caused reaching for that cookie.

I know when I feel stressed over and above, it does that to my pouch..

Otherwise, you did good. Hope you feel better. There is a light patch in the clouds, you just have to find it...See ya

Thanks for the words Dawn...I do know I just have to adapt and turn this into the rockinest lemonade on the planet, we WILL overcome...He is such a wonderful kid and we are blessed in so many ways to have him, its just as you said, you see so many that you go, how are they getting assistance and my child cannot qualify its like...Holding on and knowing that which does not kill you makes you stronger...

Bye...
