I want to share one I just invented this morning.  This is what I had for breakfast and it was SOOOOO GOOD!  Try it:

  • 1/2 cup Fiber One Complete Pancake Mix (mix with water as directed)
  • sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice in the batter
  • slice 1/2 a small banana into the batter
  • cook as directed (you can make one big pancake or 2 small ones)
  • Top with sugar free syrup
  • the rest of the banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of Lite Whipped Topping (only 20 calories)
  • some sliced almonds

OMG!  It was sooo good!  Hope you try it and enjoy.  This will def. keep me full until lunch.  I may not even need a snack today.  Lol.

Hi.  Yes.  Feeling much better.  Sorry.  I guess I should have posted an update.  I'm still not sure if everything is ok...I have a doc. app. Friday.  The pains went away but I want to make sure.  Thanks for checking on me.  :-)
