RNY to DS or ERNY? Both have 100cm? Which is best?

IS there any data that has better revision outcome results between the RNY to full DS or the RNY to the ERNY?
I have heard that doing just the lower part of the surgery is the malabsorption that is needed to lose the extra weight because an old pouch that has been enlarged can still digest proteins.  I was wondering if some doctors suggest  doing the lower part because it is less risky or is it truly just equally effective?  Thanks, Pat in Kentucky

Wish I could help but I'm not familiar with the ERNY.
