I posted that I am 2 weeks clean today of my drug addiction and OH deleted it. And I wrote how proud of myself I am. Watch them take this off. It didn't have any cuss words.

I'm not sure why it disappeared. They have trouble with that on the California Board too. They have really weird rules and sometimes they get overly strict over things. Right now everyone is really sensitive to child abduction and child predators too...It's a trend.

I'm so proud of you kicking the meds too...It's a very hard thing to do. DH is still trying to quit smoking and that's a much easier thing than chemical abuse..

Basically, most of us formerly MO people have an addiction to food and so any addiction is serious business. Transfer addictions are very likely. Just kicking food addictions is awesome enough but to have a transfer addiction over and above that..seems a bit cruel, to me. I have alcohol addicts in my family so I know it would be easy for me to transfer to that or meds...I'm scared to death to even take tylonol, LOL.

But it's the human condition, I guess.

Keep up the awesome work! You should get a prize..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Congratulations!
I am not sure why they deleted either since so may people have cross additions and go to something else when food is no longer their demon.
Keep it up-and hope you get these responses before they go away too.
