Accountability - Friday
Well, are we all ready for the weekend? I ordered a bunch of photo prints at Walmart and will have tons to do on my scrapbooking...ordered three more years of photos for next weekend too. I have just as many projects outside of the internet as I have on then internet. I've even been researching genealogy on line this week too. So I didn't snack. Hard to type on the keyboard when your fingers are gooey..LOL.
List for the day:
6:00am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 2 T pb2,
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Caffeinated
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
1:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 T french dressing
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium apple
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
6:30 pm 1 buffalo patty, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 oz ranch dressing, 1/2 cup grilled onions
7:00 pm 10 oz warm tea and then a snack later...I'll be having carb rich something so it will be popcorn included in my totals

Hello Dawn.
I'm sooo ready for the weekend. A while back, I signed up to work tomorrow for OT and I forgot about it so I have to work tomorrow for a few hours (7-3). I am so tired.
My good eats..
Early AM: 2 Cups of Coffee w/ splenda & half n half
Breakfast: 3 RF turkey sausage links & RTD EAS Protein shake
Snack: South Beach diet protein cereal bar
Lunch : 1 slice of thin crust ham and pineapple pIzza & 3 hot wings
Snack: 1 oz RF cheddar cheese and Small bag of grape/ apple bites
Dinner: Smart Ones frozen dinner .. new one thats only 200 calories and 14 carbs
Snack: Hard boiled egg w/ a dash of hot sauce
Tomorrow after I get off, i want to take a long bubble bath, take a nice long nap and be lazy on the couch for the remainder of the evening while I eat something something NOT so healthy!

Wow...Have a really nice bubble bath..That's always nice to do something nice for yourself when you are going to ask so much of yourself! Don't make yourself sick on the something NOT so healthy...My problem is, I have something and it makes me feel bad...That's not the point of doing something like that but it always ends up that I'm more miserable after the little "reward." I can't stop..

I said last week that I would never eat at hardees again because I got so sick. Well guess where I ate friday. lol yeah I went to hardees and got a little thick burger combo. I ate all the fries and 1/2 of the burger. Last time I ate it all. I didn't get sick this time. That was for lunch. And dinner I had a cup of cherry chease cake yogart form aldi's. It is only 37 cents. I bought 12 lol. Even had enough money to get me some peaches and bananas. I had such a wonderful day. God has blessed me so much that I can't even put into words.

Watch out for bananas...those things will make me dump one day but not the next. I think it has to do with how ripe they are. Ripeness=sugar, I guess.
You know, I have the same deal. One day the bacon won't work but I try a nibble of it the next time and it tastes so good I eat three slices with no nausea..

Oh, OT: I'm still working on my scrapbooking pictures. I uploaded a crap load of pictures to walmart (about 150 of them) and I'll be working on 2008 (wonders never cease!) by next weekend, I think! Woo hoo. One step ahead of another in the right direction, eventually gets us where we wanna go!
