Well, I'm not thinking straight...we have a virus issue on our computer that is going to bother me for a couple of days. Consequently, I haven't snacked..which can't be a BAD thing. LOL.


6:00am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 2 T pb2,
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:20 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:55 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat, 1/2 nectarine
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Caffeinated
11:15 am 1/2 pastrami quesadilla
2:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
2:45 pm 1 medium orange, 3 girl scout cookies (sugar free)
3:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
6:30 pm 1 chicken breast sandwich wrapped in lettuce with tomato and onions and mayo, a handful of potato fries   Totals for the day:
Calories: 1652
Fat: 73.6
Carbs: 130.0
Protein: 123.6

Not too bad. Now I'm back to virus chasing...Got to get this thing working right or there will be no farming for me!

Hey..
I'm super busy so I'm getting straight to the point... food! 

B: 1 slice of light wheat toast w/ a slice of cheese & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: 100 calorie pack of almonds

L: 2 ham and cheese roll up's w/ mustard & light bryers yogurt

S: Pure protein bar

D: 1 cup of white chicken chili

S: SF chocolate pudding cup


I have never not wanted to eat until now!

I think when I get really busy and can't eat much is when the habit of eating protein first that saves me. You did awesome. If I'm ready for the stress to come and I have all my protein snacks and meals lined up with no carb rich grab and go stuff at hand...it works best.

Not much new going on here, still dying in the heat without a/c...Slept near nakid on my screen porch last night, just could not get comfortable in the house heat...

B - choc cake & banana protein shake ( yes Dawn, I like banana too, but limit it to about 1", just
         enough to get the taste in my shake )
S - blueberry cobbler coffee with choc carb countdown
L - bunless turkey, mushroom, swiss burger, 2 tbsp spinach artichoke dip, 1 celery stalk, 1 carrot
       stick and about 6 homemade potato chips
D - leg /thigh combo NC BBQ style ( about 4 oz ), 1/4 c butter beans, 1/4 c cabbage & about 3/4 of
       a small slice of texas toast
S - 1 serv trail mix

Water / Crystal light : 100 oz                 Cals :  1331     Fat :  68     NetCarbs :  60     Protein :  114

Not enough water considering the temps in my house and the amount of sweat I am producing, will work on upping that thru the weekend so I can stay hydrated...

I had a cup of tomato soup and 1/2 of a turkey sandwitch. Then later had the other 1/2. The soup was so good. My  son and his girlfriend took me to a real fancy place to eat. I had a good time.
