What a lovely day! No bosses around to interrupt my lovely day either...I'm sure tomorrow will be just as nice.    5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 2 T pb2, 1/2 small banana
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
8:40 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat, 1/2 small banana
9:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
10:30 am 1 large orange raw
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1 burger patty, 2 lettuce leaves, 2 slices tomato, 3 slices pickle, 1 slice onion, 1 Tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
1:30 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1 oz ****tail sauce
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Peach
3:20 pm 1 nectarine
4:00 pm 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 1 oz sugar free strawberry jam (I think cottage cheese would have been a better idea)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
6:30 pm 1 lean burger patty, 1 slice onion, 1 T light ranch dressing (seems I'm in a bit of a rut today!)

There will be some slight adjustments tomorrow starting with that carbalicious banana...no more of that!

Hey Dawn,
I'm having an ok day. After school, I made my lunch then relaxed for a few before coming to work at 3. Work has been nice and calm so I cant complain.

My eating is getting better. I need to buy some protein bars and make sure I have milk for shakes for breakfast because early in the morning, I just don't have the time to cook breakfast until I get  a routine down.

B:  Bryers light yogurt & 3 strips of turkey bacon

L: 1 cup of white chicken chili w/ as little cheese

D:  Grilled hamburger pattie w/ onions and cheese & raw veggies w/ light ranch

S: Carb/ Sugar control yogurt & few cantaloupe chunks

I ate too much, but I was hungry! Probabaly the carbs for breakfast
0700-Starbucks rf turkey bacon sandwich
0900-fiber one bar
1130-pot roast, 1/2 c smashed taters and brocoli
1400-1/2 pbj
1600-1/2 pbj
1730-quaker crisps
2030 delite papa murphy pizza
all my water, and such, taking calcium now and had a 3.5 mile run on the waterfront.I am going to start my day with protein only tomorrow. It will be another busy day that starts too early but am having a girls night tomorrow with my daughter and her friends. we are going up to a cabin for the night, will swim and go to the state park and then to Leavenworth for the day Friday.

Yeah those carbs, once you start have you stuffing stuff in your mouth...That stinking banana has me hungry all day long!

Good job on the water, vitamins and running...awesome. I have to think the running keeps the carbs from packing on weight...I just don't have the umf to run anymore. I'm getting too lazy, I guess. I know I need more than Im getting now.

I didn't have a good eating day. I was busy the first time in a long time. I sit with a man with cancer for his g/f to get out a little while. I was so,so excited to get out and do something. I felt so worthless and useless. God it felt good. And my drug addiction has been so good for 2 weeks now. I was yes was not now with Gods help not addicted to the xanax. I was for 4 years. I am suppose to take 4 a day. Now I only take 2 a day. It was the worst thing I have ever done in my life. My son helped me so much. I feel normal. God I am happy. I go and sit with the man again today. I just sit but I feel needed. The doctor bumped my cymbalta up to 60 mg. a day. I am so blessed. Ok enough about my life.lol. to my food.

L..1/2 of a 1/2 puound turkey sandwitch. Got it from harris teeter.

Dinner...the other 1/2 of my turkey sandwitch. 

My weight went down I only weigh 97lbs. 

Going out to eat dinner with my son and his grilfriend. So I know I will get in all my calories. I want to get up to  110 lbs.

That is awesome news about the xanax...Awesome.

I know we all need to think outside ourselves to keep focused on what really counts. I think I'd be a very miserable person with no one to care for but myself...Even houseplants need love. LOL. Someone, somewhere counts on you so you need to find that person and love them back...even Christian love is better than no love. Even the love of a puppy is better than no love..

Howdy Girls ...

Looks like the air is out at my house until Monday or Tuesday, its really hot and I don't feel like eating much in the evenings when I get home, frozen frosty-style protein drink for dinner last night & the night before too, don't know how I'll handle food over the weekend when I home basically all day, guess just keep chugging COLD water...

B - cinnamon cake protein shake ( with ice to make frosty-like )
S - 4 cinnamon pecans
S - coffee with choc carb countdown
L - 2 chicken sausages and 3 artichokes hearts in asain vinegrette
S - couple choc espresso beans & 3 peanut M & M's
D - couple bites caesar &  a frozen strawberry / banana protein shake
