Accountability - Tuesday
Not all that much going on in my world but I'm really fighting the carb demons this week. Today, the head hunger was so bad that I ate two sugar free cookies at work. It's crazy. Hopefully I'll be able to fight that demon after dinner...I'll sure try. It's not like I don't have the room for a fudge here and there but still. I want to be good, maybe I need to find something more to do in the evenings.
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 2 T pb2, 1/2 small banana
7:00 am 20 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat, 1/2 small banana
10:00 am 20 oz SoBe Life Water (new for me, not bad)
10:45 am 5 oz tuna, 1 cup lettuce, 2/3 cup raw broccoli, 1 oz sd tomato/feta vinaigrette dressing
12:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
12:45 pm 2 pc sugar free black licorice (a serving is 7 pieces)
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated
3:00 pm 1 small nectarine, 1 medium apple

You will do much better when things calm down..Your numbers are really low but the protein numbers are really high for those calories...You are really doing awesome. Keep up with the water and work on it...

Time to check in...Not much going on, just hanging in...My AC at the house died during the day yesterday, by the time I got home it was smokin' hot in the house and too late for a service call - hot night, waiting around for the repair guy now...

Snacking will be the death of me for sure! You're doing so well keeping that carb number down. I think I point directly at the bananas on my list...Why do I even buy those things?
I hate it when the air is out..Usually when we take the swamp cooler down we get one or two more days of nasty hot weather. It's almost like the weather fairies are watching and when we take it down, they turn up the heat...LOL. Fairies are everywhere...
