Time of day to weigh

This is more like a newbie question:
I was always under the impression that you should roll out of bed, use the rest room and then weigh.
This morning I seem up and my fingers are all swollen.
Now in the late morning or afternoon my rings are spinning and my pants feel loose.
Crazy???

I had the same thing this morning but I know what it is..I had pastrami yesterday and some tortilla chips...too much salt so I'm retaining water. My weight was up 2 pounds because of it this morning. I still weigh in the morning after I pee...I just know that if I have something excessively salty the previous day, I'm gonna show high water weight.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I always weigh in the morning. It sounds like maybe you had some salt the day/night before that caused the swelling~I always know if I've eating something salty and then I take that in to account if for some reason there's a slight gain.
