Accountability - Friday
I can hardly wait for the weekend to begin...Although, the temperatures and humidity this weekend might be pretty bad. It's 101 here today..and storms in the area so humidity is high...Makes it hard to breathe!
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:00 am Tina's burrito, beef n beans (this is super high in carbs so...it's going to be one of THOSE days!)
10:00 am 12 oz V-8 Juice
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Caffeinated
11:00 am 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 tomato, 1/2 serving of raspberry vinaigrette and 4 oz imitation crab meat(surami is too high in carbs too!)
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
1:00 pm 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 tomato, 1/2 serving of raspberry vinaigrette and 4 oz imitation crab meat
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
2:40 pm 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 nectarine
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
6:00 pm 4 oz T-bone steak, 1 small (tiny) white potato No dessert tonight. That burrito pretty much killed that idea. That's gonna be tough but it will have to stick.

Carbs: 200.2
Protein: 114.9
Way more carbs than I should have had but the calories are okay..Hmm.

I'm so happy this week is over. It seemed more like 3 weeks. My family is having a back to school cookout for everyone going back to school tomorrow so that's what I'll be doing all day. Saturday night, my best friend is coming down from Charlotte, NC so we will be going out clubbing all night.
I was a bit snacky today but nothing bad...
Early AM: 8 oz of chocolate calorie countdown milk
Breakfast: Boiled egg
Snack: String Cheese
Snack: 8 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
Dinner.. leftover stir fry.. steak strips, shrimp, onions, peppers and broccoli
Snack: Light Yogurt
Snack: 90 calorie granola bar
Dinner: Grilled thick pork chop
Snack: cucumber slices, baby carrots w/ 2 tbsp of light ranch
After a cookout and going out with my friend tomorrow, I'm sure my totals will not be this pretty!

Woo Hoo...Sounds like fun. Family cook out and a club nigh? I'll be right there. LOL. Still, even if you really mess up Saturday, you paid it forward for this whole week sticking right around 1000. You might have a carb overload but...you paid for it already.

L...Turkey with swiss cheese and mater with a big glob of dukeys mayo on white bread.
S...lots of chips
D....Same as lunch.
S...6 pack of peanut butter crackers.
Bedtime snack...6 pack of peanut butter crackers. This time it made me sick. I throwed them up.
That is the most I have ate in a long time. Weight is still under 100. I am trying yaw.

Maybe eating the crackers before bed wasn't a good idea. Sometimes when I eat carbs before bed and go to lay down, the pouch isn't happy with me.
