All in all not a bad day. Alittle crampy but I'm treating it with more calcium; magnesium and zinc (plus D). Had to guard myself with snacks today. Birthday celebrations tend to bring out the snacker in me and with that time being here...the black hole effect in my mouth might get the better of me. I have to say that the thing I'm thankful for the MOST is that dinner is waiting for me when I walk in at night. If it wasn't for my dh making meals that are wls friendly at night...I'd be so screwed with grazing during this time..  
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
8:20 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
8:50 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (office meeting)
10:15 am 12 oz V8 Juice
10:45 am 1/2 pastrami quesadilla, 1/8 cup refried beans and cheese
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz chicken thigh, roasted, 1/2 cup canned green beans, 1 tiny yukon gold potato, boiled with butter buds.   I'm not actually done with dinner yet but I'm eating really slowly so that it sticks with me. I may have something like a 1/2 cup of sugar free, fat free ice cream later..But I have room for that.   Totals for the day:   Calories: 1459
Fat: 56.0
Carbs: 116.8
Protein: 124.1   Not bad at all. How did you do? The thing you need to do is what's best for yourself. You can take any ideas that we leave here and try them for yourself. Use what works for you...And keep trying. If you don't keep trying to get somewhere, you aren't going anywhere..   Have a great evening and an awesome Friday...Weekend's coming!

My day hasn't been too bad either. After taking Kristina to school, I took Minnie for a walk, cooked dinner then went back to sleep til 1:00. Work has been a typical day!

S: 12 oz chocolate calorie coutdown milk

S: Boiled egg

D: 3.5 oz of thin cut steak with onions and peppers, 5 broiled shrimp and few broccoli florets

I could have sworn I responded to this this morning...Hmm. Losing my mind!

Calories are up alittle here and protein is really REALLY good. I just can not eat steak and then another dense protein. I'm doing good to have a spud with my steak and that's pretty mushy.

When do you start school? Will you be going to school on the weekends or just working.. We don't start here till September 8th but some elementary and high schools have been in for a week now.

Hey Dawn,
I start school on Monday. I'm ready to get started so I can get over this anxious feeling I got going on. I graduated from Medical Assistant school in 1999 so I haven't been since. I'm taking 3  classes and they are all morning classes, Monday through Friday.

My daughter is in the 8th grade and they started Wed... way too early.

They let the kids have a summer for a while but I think they're moving back to year round school. Sad! My neice had only 8 weeks off for the summer. Used to feel like a year when I was a kid but I bet it feels more like a weekend now!

I'm sure you're feeling the "I just wanna get STARTED already." feeling. It will all work itself out once you get going. It really does sound like fun. I've been thinking about doing on-line courses in something but.. I can't decide what I wanna do when I "grow up." LOL.
