Accountability - Wednesday
I got a late start this morning. For some reason I was just dragging..More caffeine! More B-12...Had to hit the ground running at work again. Then I had a momentary lapse in the afternoon...what was I thinking? Well, I justified it that it would be better than the frozen burrito that I brought that turned out to have 320 calories! Yikes...but then I added up the crackers and peanut butter and it was about the same. So there was no winning that battle. Although, the fiber in the crackers was still better than the "fiber" in the burrito. Still justification doesn't taste that good afterwards.
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
10:15 am 12 oz V-8 Juice (too busy for a snack!)
10:45 am 1 small nectarine
11:45 am 4 oz chicken breast, 2 leaf lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 tbsp mayonnaise
12:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
1:45 pm hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 18 whole grain crackers and peanut butter (probably 2 tablespoons)
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Caffeinated
6:30 pm 4 oz t-bone steak, 1/2 cup canned peas, 1 tiny yellow potato with butter buds

Fat: 67.5
Carbs: 149.0
Protein: 123.8
Too many carbs...but the protein was high enough. I think one more bottle of water and I'm done.
How did you do today? You don't have to do perfect each and every day but if you don't keep trying, you're not progressing..

I had a pretty good day today except I'm freezing! I cant shake this chill I got. I've drank 3 cups of coffee today at work.
My good eats..
B: 1 slice of light wheat toast w/ 1 /2 tbsp of RF peanut butter
L: Lean Cuisine Frozen dinner
S: WW Yogurt & 1/2 a Kiwi
D: 2 Baked chicken drumsticks w/ light BBQ sauce & Steamed broccoli
S: 1 slice of RF cheese

Totals a lot better today.
Nice warm tea is usually more warming than coffee for me for some reason. I think I heard somewhere that the caffeine in the coffee constricts the blood vessels so you don't get the warming effect even with it being warm. All in all, you did increase your calories. I hope you're not coming down with something. Take some extra vitamin C and take care of yourself!

I have done all right for a travel day. We took the train to Portland and am now in the hotel relaxing a bit.
B-high fiber oatmeal
L-grilled meat, hummus, few pita triangles and greek salad
S-1/2 cookie on train
S-turkey jerky- on train
D-inside of quiche, side salad, some fruit salad and 1/2 inside of sf marionberry pie
S-handful of trail mix
On our way to the pool and then to bed. Did great on my water and ran three miles this morning before my friend picked us up to go to the train station.
