What a day! Support group meeting...auditors at the office. AND they broke the copier...PHT! What a day!   5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
9:50 am TrioPlex Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (2)
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
12:45 pm 5 oz can tuna (in water), 1 oz raspberry vinaigrette, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
2:30 pm 2 cups home grown grapes (actually throughout the afternoon)
2:45 pm 1/2 power bar from yesterday
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry

6:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast wrapped in lettuce, tomato, onion and ranch dressing
7:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry   Totals for today: Calories: 1644 Fat: 49.1 Carbs: 170.1 (because I ate grapes! 57 grams in two cups of grapes...yikes!) Protein: 140.2   All in all, a good eating day but the stress..what drama..I need a margarita. Maybe tomorrow. I don't have room or the energy for one tonight.   How did you do?

Was a good day, better numbers, not so low...We had a grape arbor along the whole back of our house when we lived in Cali, great shade, beautiful to look at and free grapes too, it was a win-win deal, you just had to beware of the bees when they started to shrivel up & turn to raisins ...You did good drinking yesterday, looks like more than your usual...

B - strawberry / banana protein shake
S - coffee with carb countdown
L - 4 oz chicken breast wrapped around lite mozz sticks and a wendys side caesar
S - 1/4 serving choc espresso beans & 1 peanut butter hersheys kiss
D - 4 oz baked salmon, 3 med shrimp scampi's and about 1/2 cup steam fresh veggie blend...
S -1 sugar cookie

On the road for our vacation, State Bike Rally in Mt Airy, NC, home of Mayberry RFD and Andy Griffith, its going to be alot of fun, but no computer access again until Monday...Hope everyone has a great rest of the week & weekend...I will check in later today to see how everyone else is doing...

One of our favorite shows! Mayberry RFD...Love it.

I trim (actually, hack) back our grapes every winter to bare bark and they always respond with 50 to 100 pounds of grapes for us..I'm giving them away, bringing them to work...they take over a month for all of them to come ripe...different varieties. I only have 7 actual vines and one doesn't produce anything at all. It's ladyfingers or seedless green and the weather isn't right for them, apparently..Even so, the birds get most of everything anyway. Yes, I did have extra water. I was rewarded for the extra calories (about 1600 instead of my usual 1400) by a missing pound this morning..127.8. Funny thing about weight..Drives me crazy trying to figure it out.

You did awesome. Salmon and shrimp...yum.

You'll have such a good time..If you're in the bike rally, you'll need to add a couple more bits of carbs in there. The carbs are instant energy, I figure..

Yesterday was good... no complaints!

My good eats...

B: 4 strips of turkey bacon

S: Hard boiled egg

L: Salad.. lettuce, boiled egg, ham, cheese, raw veggies , ff italian &  light ranch. I like to mix the 2 dressings.

D: 1/2 serving of whole wheat pasta, 1 cup of chopped chicken breast,  1/4 cup of reduced fat alfredo sauce, few peices of marinated artichoke hearts and a handful of raw broccoli.
It turned out good, I was experimenting.

S: The rest of my dinner

Good job on the half and half...still, though..you could eat more.

I love raw broccoli but it sure sticks with me for a long time...hard to digest for me. Actually, hard boiled eggs are hard to digest for me too..

Still, the percentages are really good. Your protein percent is off the charts...Just too low.

You'll get it back up there, once school gets going and you settle into a routine.
