What the heck is wrong with me??? I'm down 3.5 lbs and feel like crap. I know as soon as I get back to 1200 to 1300 calories, i'll gain it back plus more and I hate that!
The list looks good. if you could eat more, I know you would. The numbers actually look pretty good today, getting up there. You're doing it. It's still way too easy to lose weight even as far out as we are. Just some time lower than your RMR and it drops..Keep up the good work. See ya.

Yeah, she's a hunting dog and it's really hard to un-teach hundreds of years of breeding..Nothing she likes better than getting a bunny or a squirrel cornered somewhere and harrassing it to death..sigh. it will take some time to figure out how to get the electrical back working. Like dh had nothing better to do. LOL.
Wow..I'm sure glad you got your surgery date. That's exciting and nervous all at the same time. You know how to up the protein...More protein and lower the carbs. Carbs are the issue, to me. You'll do wonderful.
Keep up the good work. See ya.

You gotta love the dog though right?!? It must be a beagle thing, our 1st dog was a beagle and she ate all the insides out of our electric blanket one day - we were picking up bits of wire for weeks, if you know what I mean

Yesterday was pretty good, missed dinner and ended up snacking for food, bad choice, but human...Went to support group yesterday, our group NUT spent the meeting fielding questions, was refreshing to review so much that is fresh to newbies, good reminders...One of the things she was big on saying was maintenance should be a 40/40/20 plan ( 40% prot, 40% good carbs & 20% low fat choices ) My maintenance program is definately not this balanced, alot more fat and less carbs, wondering if I need to re-adjust, what I'm doing seems to be working well for me, but maybe its not the best for my body, guess I will do some more research...
B - B52 protein Shake
S - coffee with choc carb countdown

L - sausage crust quiche, 1/4 cup sweet corn, 1oz cheddar and 7 nsa b &b pickle chips

Wow...low numbers! I fully believe that fat is our friend. It's good for your skin if not for other body functions, including digestion and keeping things "flowing." The thing I know for SURE is that high amounts of protein absolutely have to have plenty of water or your kidneys are in danger.
My support group (one of them) isn't so user friendly. Lots of things being told newbies that I don't agree with. And adding "If you're not_____, you're gonna fail" and I just don't like that. There aren't THAT many rules that end with "you're gonna fail.
