Hectic weekend...Got a little late tonight.

List for the day;

B; protein bar

2B: 2 eggs, ground beef, corn tortillas, cheese

L: 1/2 serving of beef jerky (1 oz)

D: 1 beef taco, not much cheese, lettuce and a corn tortilla

Snack: 4 sugar free chocolate chip cookies

I just realized i forgot ALL my vitamins! I got nearly all my water. 4.5 bottles of water...

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1410
Fat: 75.7
Carbs; 104.0
protein: 82.2

It's not too bad...It could have been better but..it wasn't. Tomorrow will be better..

Hey Dawn.
I had a good Saturday. Kristina and I finished up our school shopping at Target, Walmart, Office Depot then went to the mall to buy shoes. The stores were crazy busy. I'm so happy I'm done. All I have to go do is get my books tomorrow morning.
After shopping we stayed home, watched 2 movies that we rented from red box and just chilled out on the couch.

I had another day with only one snack so my calories are low again. I'm eating breakfast, lunch and dinner but I have no desire to eat anything else for some reason.

My good eats...

B: Protein shake

L: 1 crunchy taco, the insides of a chicken soft taco and pinto's n cheese.

D:  Special K protein plus cereal w/ 8 oz of light soy milk

S: 100 calorie pack of almonds

I know, my calories are low. I'll do better today and tomorrow!

Must still be stressed over your own excursion into the learning sector..It's going to be okay! You'll do fine..It's really worth giving it a try but if it's too much, scaling back isn't a failure. You can do the hard things...really.

You had a pretty good list. When things calm down, you'll bring the course around...Keep after it. See ya.
