Accountability - Wednesday
The bad thing that happened today was that someone walked into the big bosses office and picked up his wallet while he was out for about 10 minutes...Seems pretty scary...I sure don't feel as safe as I did yesterday!
Well, down to how I really did:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 tvp fine granule, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living
8:55 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1 hamburger patty(approx 4 oz pre-cooked), 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 lettuce leaves, 2 slices tomato, 8 slices pickle(pieces of dh's roll from his pastrami sandwich and a bite of pastrami)
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
2:00 pm 12 oz V-8 Juice
2:20 pm 1/2 tsp peanut butter, 1 calcium citrate, 1 B-12
2:55 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
6:30 pm 4 oz chicken thigh (grilled) 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 can asparagus (a different sort of treat...good too!)
So I figure the demons lurk AFTER dinner..If I can keep from thinking about food too much and maybe have another cup of tea before I go to sleep, I'll really be doing good.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1446
Fat: 59.1
Carbs: 112.0
Protein: 123.0
All my vitamins. 132 oz of water..and I sang with the radio all week and that increased my lung capacity (seriously! I was surprised too) enough to make a difference at the allergists!
Have you ever seen the Nascar Cafe in Las Vegas? I'm thinking THAT's where I think I might wanna go for my birthday this year....hmm.
So? How did you do?

Oh well, tomorrow's another day!
You're right...protein is a bit low..but the calories are okay, maybe alittle low. I'm buying plain soy milk mostly because it doesn't go bad on me..I buy a case of it and it's fine sitting on the floor wiht one quart in the fridge..A gallon of milk just goes bad way too quick on me. dh drinks a gallon by himself in two days..I can't do that.
Still, all in all, you did good. I figure you needed the carbs..
Keep up the good work. See ya.

I ran this morning for 45 minutes, went to work then did an hour of zumba, dropped off my daughter at a movie birthday party, visited at my sisters for a short time, had dinner and am now waiting for my daughter to get back so we can go to bed. I got all my water and such. I had my ferritan rechecked it is 27, was 19 in October. I would like it higher before surgery. Everything else is o.k.
Mary
Your list looks like you fueled the running and the zumba quite nicely...You're doing really good. See ya.

Went to hospital to visit the newest addidtion to our family. My niece had a 9'3' baby boy. I love babies. Pregnancy has been contagious in our family lately. Within 6 months we're going to have 5 new babies all boys! Girls are so much more fun to shop for.

WOW...Seeing that weight on that baby makes me hurt! That's one BIG BABY! I love babies too. I was the lamaze coach for two of my grandsons. We had so many of them in such a short period of time, I'm missing them now. Both step daughters moved further away (Seattle and Sacramento) and both have had new daughters in the two years. Chloe born Oct 2007 and Haley born April 2009...So we have 7 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. It's amazing how those babies just melt your heart!
You did really good. I need to work more on getting LESS during the day so that I can have a nice snack in the evening...I feel gypt if I can't have a dessert..all mental.
Keep up the good work. See ya.
