Accountability - Monday
I caught back up today...Hooray for do-overs!
List for the day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/4 cup fine granule tvp, 1/2 cup NSA Applesauce, 1/3 cup quick oats
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical flavor
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Berry Caffeinated (yeah, it's early but I NEED it. LOL)
10:30 am 1 pork/turkey tamale, 1/2 cup tvp, 1/2 cup chili sauce, 1/4 oz jack cheese
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
12:40 pm the rest of that tamale/tvp/chili sauce deal at 10:30!
1:10 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
4:00 pm 1 hardboiled egg, 1 sm peach
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
6:30 pm 1 large regular ground beef patty with 1/2 slice cheddar cheese (inside..)
I can even have a dessert with these numbers:
Calories: 1328
Fat: 50.5
Carbs: 108.9
Protein: 121.2
Not bad at all. I think I'm sticking with water. I have a slight headache...Need to relax and shower and probably go to bed!

I bumped up my calcium recently because my PTH has over doubled. My calcium stayed the same but the PTH went up to 43...The experts (and my own research) say that if the PTH goes up, calcium is being pulled from the bones...so twice the calcium now. My B-12 went down too and the Folate went up...experts (and my own research) tell me that the Folate going up is in response to the B-12 going down...vitamin adjustments for me. The good thing is the iron went WAY up this time..in iron, I'm good.

Monday's food was good, today appears to be coming together respectably also...
B - pumpie pie protein shake
S - coffee with carb countdown
L - 1/2 cup chicken salad, sliced tomatoes, 4 asiago cheese crisps, and 1 oz nsa b & b pickles
S - protein coffee
S - couple bites of the ground chicken in the sauce I made for families ravioli dinner - no ravioli's
for me
D - pb protein shake
S - 6 little honey roasted peanuts

I'm working on my vitamins and working on remembering to take the extra ones. I've decided to add vitamin D, three times a week because my PTH was too high...To boost my calcium absorption and co-incide with the increase in my calcium citrate..I'm also taking calcium carbonate chews but only because they taste like candy and they're sugar free. LOL. I just can't work on my vitamins without studying my food intake closely too...it's all or nothing, I guess.

I'm back at work today but my puter is still sick.
Mondays' good eats...
B: 1 scrambled egg, grits w/ cheese & 3 strips of turkey bacon
S: 1 oz of 2% cheddar cheese & handful of grapes
L: 2 FF turkey hotdogs dipped in mustard (no bun)
S: Light bryers yogart
D: 4 oz of grilled Tbone steak w/ grilled onions and 2 tbsp of steak sauce & 4 asparagus spears
S: Snickers low carb marathon bar
Didn't do fitday again but I'm doing it today.
I play with not journaling especially when I'm on vacation. I feel better about KNOWING what I'm eating but I can figure out if I'm doing the right things or the wrong things even if I don't journal it...It's gotten to be a habit, even when I don't want everyone to know what crud I'm putting in my yap..
You had a good list. I would guess about 1300 calories, maybe...Just allowing that when I don't journal, I tend to get in a "few " more calories.
