Accountability - Sunday
Seems like my days off are more filled than my work days. So much more to do. This morning before 6 am I was ou****ering and cleaning the kitchen. We have three boys here for the weekend (two of Will's friends and Will) and they won't eat if you don't feed them..at least my momma's heart believes that. I made half a loaf of french toast for them and set it out, ready to go into the toaster for them when they woke up. LOL. I did more before 8 am than normal...
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce.
2B: chili cheese omelet, 1/4 cup cottage cheese
L: nothing...a snack of 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
D: 4 oz burger patty, 1 tomato slice, 1 small pork rib, 1 wine cooler..(yeah, I shouldn't have but it was so warm!)
I drank 5 containers of water..I had all my vitamins (well, calcium in a few minutes and twice the B-12) and we shopped some but mostly not much exercise.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1694
Fat: 84.0
Carbs: 104.0
Protein: 117.9
Our neighbors cat is sick. We watched that cat for a month and now she's sick. None of our cats are sick so it's probably not contagious...not sure what it is..she's lost weight so we'll have to take her in and see what's wrong...sigh...darn it.

I had a good Sunday. After church, I washed my car, took minnie for a walk then watched Twilight. I cant wait for my daughter to come back. I sure do miss that brat!

I have my youngest brat turning 18 in October...If he moves out (I'm dreaming IF) we'll be miserable...He's a pain but he's OUR pain..LOL.
Good numbers. I have had those South Beach diet pizzas before. They're really good and high protein...And when you're cooking for one (no brat. LOL) it's okay. Great list.

Held steady on my weight over a travel weekend, so guess thats pretty good...
PreB - coffee with sf swiss miss and milk
B - hb egg & multi-grain rf cheese toast
S - venti caramel-cinn dulce sf nf triple latte & 1 petite vanilla scone
S - sm palm trail mix, 1 sugar cookie, a bite 1" square of ham & 1" square swiss
D - parmesan crusted tilapia, 1/2 cup green beans w / bacon, 3 garden fresh tomato slices,
3 cucumber wedges with a little ranch dip and a bite of garlic bagel
S - 2 prunes and about 20 mixed nuts ( peanuts, cashews & almonds )
Water / crystal lite - 96 oz Cals - 1268 Fat - 62 NetCarbs - 103 Protein - 67
Need a do-over week to get back into my routine, then need to hold the routine, even on travel weekends ( still struggling with that

Back at work today after a week off! We went to Portland and it was over 100 everyday! Too hot for us, we melt when it is over 90! Usual Sunday for me, DD had a sleep over at our house, church, cleaned the house, Zumba, dinner and got clothes ready for the week and then played Yahtzee on the neighbors porch with our girls.

S-hummus and pretzel thins
Lscrambled eggs w cheese, low carb yoast w sf jelly
D-tortilla pizza with turkey pepperoni
S-Skinny cow
I know I ate more than that but cannot remeber what now! All my water, vitamins and such and anhour of zumba.
