Accountability - Tuesday
What a long day! I'm more than ready for the weekend. The new girl had to be trained, but the network was causing problems for me...I finally went to my boss and she did what I needed to do with no problem. Doesn't that just irk you when you KNOW you did it right but the system makes you look STUPID? sigh...and the week is so long...
List for the day:
6:00 am 1 cup plain soy milk, 4 oz Dannon Fit n Light, 1 scoop EAS Soy Protein
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated
10:40 am 1/2 sandwich, 2 slices 100% wheat bread, 1 chicken patty (from Trader Joes) and 2 T ranch dressing
11:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:35 pm 1/2 sandwich above
1:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium orange
3:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange
6:00 pm 4 oz grilled tilapia, tartar sauce, broccoli with cheese sauce
and for a snack: 1/8 cup roasted sunflower seeds...just a handful.

Not bad...How did you do? all my vitamins and more than all the water I needed...Not alot of exercise (alittle walking but nothing strenuous...I jogged for about 50 yards LOL but that's not enough for sure).

OMG, we were so dang busy today. I got here at 2: 30 and have been going non stop since then. It finally slowed down a few minutes ago. I'm ready for the weekend too.

D: Smart Ones frozen dinner & 1/4 cup of collard greens
S: Carb/sugar control yogurt & few mango chunks

Great numbers and list. I'm still eating cold breakfasts because of the hot weather but I'm getting more and more cool weather ideas. We should be out of the really hot stuff in a week or so...back down to 100's and I'll be able to eat oatmeal again. LOL.

Had my hb happy meal with apples and not the fries. And the basterd at the mcdonalds I went to would not sell me other bennie babies. The mcdonalds close to my house will sell them to me. He said I had to buy the happy meals to get them. I need 15 more. I can't eat 15fu@king happy meals. So I will just hit up the one close to my house. I hate rude people. I wanted to go over the counter and kick his ass. I will not ever go there again.
I ate about 500 calories for the day. Did drink lots of water and unsweet tea. God I love tea.
lol bought me some miller 64 beer and chickened out and gave it away.

I'm not sure I'd do the MGD 64 either with the meds you're on...I'd be skeerd too..LOL. Why the low calorie beer anyway? It's not like you can't spare several thousand calories, you Silly. LOL. I think I'd buy some really GOOD beer and try one that no one else has tasted. We had a barbeque once where everyone brought funky beer and we did tasting. Little cups of stuff that was imported from Czechoslovakia and Russia, China...some of it was nasty but some was pretty darn good. If you open a beer and can't fini**** give it to Bean...LOL.
There are nazis in every industry. People who live by their little set of rules and don't deviate from that. I bet that guy at McDs is looking for a management position...That's okay, you should buy (and eat) those happy meals. Getting all the teenie babies will be a reward for eating all those happy meals. LOL.
Tea is really good for you. Coffee and tea are both good for you but everything in moderation, I guess.

...We had a early staff mtg at my office today...Boss bought breakfast, I'm not used to eating food at breakfast - boy, I'm tired, must be from eating so much so early in the day for me even though it was really carb heavy choices...
Tuesday's food:
B - choc and banana protein shake
S - coffee with carb countdown
L - 1/2 cup beef manwich scooped into 2 celery stalks & 4 sf bread and butter pickle spears
S - 8 choc covered espresso beans
S - 1 homemade asiago cheese crisp
D - pb protein shake with an extra tbsp of real pb added in ( this was WAY yummy
)
S - small palm of homemade trail mix
Water / crystal lite : 120 oz Cals : 977 Fat : 43 NetCarbs : 43 Protein : 99

Yeah, this week is dragging. I'm hoping we do something like go to the beach this weekend...it's gonna be warm again but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel...the temps seem to be giving up alittle..Maybe it won't get too much warmer than 100 this weekend. I need to get out in the great outdoors and DO something!
