If you triangulate Bakersfield, Death Valley and Palmdale...we're right in the middle...Death Valley is alittle hotter. LOL.

Felt good about yesterday, stayed on track, kept the fat and carbs down, only downside was I was really busy talking with my SIL at dinner time last night, so just grabbed a bite of what I prepared, by the time we got off the phone from working on plan revisions it was 9:30 and I was not about to eat anything heavy so just grabbed a little snacky and went to bed...

running at the office until late afternoon )

      pico de gillo

I'm sure not eating hot oatmeal these days! I sometimes wait until I get to work (nice 70 degrees air conditioned) to drink any coffee..LOL. We're warmer than Death Valley at this point...Palm Springs is chilly in comparison...Oh well. It's a dry heat (yuk.)

You did really well. Gosh, your calories are low! Awesome.. Keep up the good work. See ya.

You were saying yesterday when I sent you the thermometer reading that you were about to put on your sweater as the AIR at work was really cold. The temperature in the garage was 122, even more cozy. LOL
Bakersfield is in the San Juaquin Valley, totally different than us, we are on the western edge of the Mojave Desert, hotter here that over there in Bakersfield, but we still love it here.
