Accountability - Friday. Woo Hoo..
Well, the weekend is officially started and I have plans (sketchy at best)...Shopping (duh) but I will start my search for a dress for my nephew's wedding in October..And a movie. We talked about it and we're going to a movie. No barbeque this weekend..burned out...but maybe next weekend. We still have to "talk" about it..LOL.
Different stuff today. I brought a seedless watermelon and a cantalope that were both gonna head south if someone didn't eat them. The girls at work can always be counted on, even with "heathy" food! And I nibbled alot on that stuff. So ripe, it counted as more liquids. LOL. :
5:30 am coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss. two of these...well, one and a half!
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1/2 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
8:30 am 3 chunks water melon, 1 oz mozzarella cheese (low fat), 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:25 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
10:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:45 am 1/2 sandwich (4 oz chicken breast, 1 T lite ranch dressing, 2 slice tomato, 1 slice swiss, spices)
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:45 pm 1/2 sandwich from before
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:45 pm 1 hardboiled egg, 1 plum, 5-6 chunks of watermelon
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
5:30 pm Zilch Margarita. SF/Zero calorie margarita mix, salted rim, tequilla. Sadly, fitday doesn't have tequila in their lists so I counted it as an ounce of whiskey (which is a high calorie alcoholic beverage, apparently).
6:30 pm Trader Joes Turkey Burger (again, I didn't save the stinkin box so here is my best guess) with swiss cheese, light ranch dressing and two medium corn tortillas...good stuff! I know the turkey burger had cheese and pesto in it...tomorrow I'll get another package and this time post it in my custom foods. What a nerd!

Today was a good day. It went by fast. Tomorrow my daughter and I are going to the movies to see Orphan. I've been waiting for this to come out. I hope it's as good as it looks!

I can't wait for the movies on Sunday too! I am torn between Ugly Truth and G-Force...And my eating tomorrow will probably be off the charts carby too...LOL. Worth it. But today, I'm watching it..Maybe to pay tomorrow forward? dunno..

For lunch my Son suprised me and brought me some bojangles. I ate all my chicken and 1/2 the fries. He got it large size. And a huge tea.
Dinner I had my hb happy meal. I ate all of it. And got my teenie baby. It is so cute. I hope I get all of them. We got 2 mcdonalds. They don't have the same ones. So I hit one up for lunch and the other one for dinner. lol I am such a kid inside. I get so excited over the tennie babies I could pp.
I feel so much better with the cymbalta. It was God sent.

What sorts of teenie babies do they have? I know they have teenie tiny littlest pet shop pets...I got one (hermit crab, of course) but I'll have to look up teenie babies..
It sounds like you are so happy! I'm glad. Cymbalta is suppose to be really good too but I have to think getting more calories in, has to make you feel better too..mind clearer..more hopeful. That's great!
