Accountability - Saturday
Hi guys! It's been a LONG Saturday. Actually. I didn't end my Saturday until early Sunday. LOL. Game night at a friends house and they ordered pizza..Not my fav dinner but I didn't choose..So at least I stayed away from the dessert. Coconut fluff cake, we brought. LOL. I had six 24 oz containers of water for the day and all my vitamins...I did really good there and I knew the day was going to be carby (and calorie loaded!) so I kept it low for the day and killed it in the evening.
LIst:
no oatmeal breakfast. LOL
B: 3 egg omelet with spinach and mushrooms and swiss cheese, cottage cheese and wheat toast (should have skipped this but at least left the crust)
L: 4 oz chicken breast (roasted) 1 cup lettuce, tomato and light ranch dressing.
D: 1 pc sausage pizza, 1 pc pineapple/ham pizza.

Whew..I was surprised over two things: 1) How EASY it was to eat pizza. this is a bad thing. 2) It didn't make me sleepy...well, since we were up way past our bedtime it was hard to tell if the pizza made me sleepy or not and...I had some coffee after that (an hour later) and that's probably what contributed to the staying up past midnight..I'm dragging today but it was SO worth it.
How did you do for Saturday? Party? Barbeque? Movie (I'm lookin at Kay on that one)?

Better late than never, right? For a Saturday, I ate pretty darn good!
We didn't make it to the movies on Saturday. My daughters best friend that moved away last year came back in town to visit her family for the weekend so she wanted to spend the day with her. In other words, I got stood up by a 13 year old! LOL. I told her it was ok, i understood so we ended up going on Sunday to see Orphan.
Since she was gone most of the day, I spent the day on my couch being lazy with my dog. I got up to cut the grass and wash 2 loads of clothes but that's about it. It was a good day!
B: 2 Med. scrabled eggs w/ cheese, 3 strips of turkey bacon & 2/3 up of potato's n onions
S: Beef jerky
L: 1 slice of thin crust cheese pizza
S: Power crunch bar
D: 2 crunchy tacos w/ ground beef, lettuce, cheese, light sour cream and salsa & 1/4 cup of refried beasn
S: NSA chocolate pudding cup w/ 1/2 a scoop of protein mixed in.

List for your saturday looks less damaging than mine! pretty darn good.
Kind of nice to do nothing anyway. And even for nothing you managed to get alot done with the lawn and the laundry. Isn't that always the case? "I didn't do much, just laundry,housework, yardwork and ...." LOL.
