I didn't do too bad today, even though I was fasting AGAIN this morning!
5:30 am no coffee,,,no nothing!
6:00 am 24 oz bottle of plain water
6:30 am 24 oz bottle of plain water.
7:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup plain soy milk, 3 large strawberries, splenda, butter buds and vitamins (B-12, multi, biotin)
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:30 am 1 medium peach, calcium citrate
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
11:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/4 lb hamburger, wrapped in lettuce leaves, 2 slices tomato, 1 slice cheese, pickles, mayo on the side..
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated (that's five so far...wow...)
2:00 pm 1 medium Grapefruit
2:52 pm 1 hardboiled egg
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry lemonade
6:30 pm 1 buffalo patty, 2 slices tomato, 2 corn tortilla rounds (figured at 4" round), thousand island dressing

Smart ones are really good. I like those. RIght now the freezer is so full, I have to pick and choose what I can get that's frozen. LOL. Debating on a package of bison patties, LOL...Maybe next weekend!

My day yesterday was GREAT if you simply go by the numbers...Goes to show that you can get in all the protein you need and actually chew very little food, that was my day yesterday...Its OK, I really did'nt feel like "eating" much and a day like Tuesday, once in a while, is good for me...
B - strawberry and banana protein shake
S - coffee with carb countdown
S - protein coffee
L - 4 oz lf cottage cheese mixed with sf strawberry preserves and topped with crunchy TVP
S - 2 pnut m & m's and 2 choc espresso beans
S - 8 whole cashews
D - pb and decaf coffee blended protein shake
Water / crystal lite - 128 oz Cals - 799 Fat - 23 NetCarbs - 39 Protein - 101

WOW....less than 800 calories and all that protein. Good job on the water, that's always an issue if you're getting that much protein..I have those days too, when I don't feel much like eating. Most days when i don't have my breakfast, I'm lower on the calories. I have some ice coffee and that's usually over 200 calories so it adds up anyway.

lol I am collecting the tennie babies that are in them. lol hey it has me eating.
My water has sucked bad the last 2 days. Seems like I am drinking and eating all the time. And I hate food!!!!!!! I don't like anything.....My taste just anit the same as before gbs.

When it's hot outside I completely agree. I don't like eating when it's hot. Feels too heavy and I get overheated, it seems, from the food. You'll notice my totals the last week have fallen from 1600+ to less than 1400...all due to the heat.
Drinking is not optional, though...You have to drink something or you'll get dehydrated...And as long as you're having to drink, toss some protein in tha****er. LOL. j/k I'm so pushy!
I know about collecting stuff from the fast food places. We got all those glasses from Burger King (several sets of different ones) and toys for the kids. We collected the full set of the Chevron Cars for our son. Still in the boxes and put away..And beanie babies too. LOL. Now if anything has a hermit crab on it or about it...I'm ALL OVER it.
Keep up the good work and go have a nice cool glass of ice tea or something! Stay cool. See ya.

1030-4 meatballs,2 baby red potatoes, and string beans
1345-half a low carb burrito
1530-low carb english muffin w sf jelly no butter in the office or i would of had butter
1700-apple and few wheat crackers with cheese
2000-3-4 oz chicken, white new potato, string beans
2100-5 rf vanilla wafers; that was the last of the box or i would of had more!
All my water and such and a 40 minute run.
