Remember, today was lab day...fasting sucks! Of course, I'm just cranky cuz I'm fasting. 14 vials later...whew! I quit bleeding in the end and they had to jiggle the needle and wring out my arm for more blood. LOL.   5:30 am no coffee,,,no nothing!
6:30 am 24 oz bottle of plain water! blah...hate plain water.
8:45 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup plain soy milk, 3 large strawberries and sweet n low (why don't I have GOOD stuff at work? I dunno) multi vitamin, calcium citrate, omega 3 fish oil, biotin and B-12...all done except for calcium carbonate later..
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
10:20 am 1/2 sandwich (2 slices turkey breast deli meat, 1 slice muenster cheese, 2 pc whole wheat bread, 2 T ranch dressing)
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:45 pm 1/2 sandwich listed above
1:30 pm 1 medium peach, OMG...this filled me up really full! need to eat slower!
2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
3:00 pm  large hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical Flavor   [After all that this morning...I got a call from the lab! They missed a vial..so, guess who is fasting again tonight? DAMMIT]
6:30 pm bison burger patty, 1 slice swiss cheese, 2 slices tomatoes and 1 Tablespoon Bleu cheese salad dressing...alittle later, 1 cup fruit salad

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1546
Fat: 69.2
Carbs: 120.4
Protein: 119.6

Not bad...

Now I need water for the rest of the evening and I'll be a good girl and go to the lab again to have them suck another vial out...LOL.  

How did you do today? Thank God if you don't have to fast! I mean just the word being mentioned makes me want to find something to snack on. LOL.

Hey Ladies. 
Today was just another day.. nothing exciting to report. Work has been crazy busy!
I cleaned out the fridge before work so we ate leftovers for lunch and dinner today.

My good leftover eats...

B: Protein shake

S: Apple

L: 3 oz ground beef pattie w/ cheese, 3 small hot wings & 5 steamed asparagus

S: 4 medium strawberries & 10 cherries

D: 1 baked chicken drumstick & 1/2 Cup of pork fried rice

S: South Beach diet protein cereal bar

Yes, but the week is walking right along...not fast but fast enough. Nothing exciting happens much...even to complain about. LOL.

Today was full of working in the yard and then a camp fire to end the day.

B:Coffee  and weight control oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana
S: 1/2 protein bar & 1/2 plum
L: smoked deli turkey (about 1oz)
S: coffee and whole wheat peanut butter crackers
D: deli turkey (about 2oz) and some fresh cucumer, tomato & hobinaro pepper salad
S: 2 marshmallows ( the family had smores, but I had just the marshmallow)
S: whole wheat crackers with peanutbutter
S: deli turkey (about 2oz)

Not a good day, but at least I got in a few more proteins today. I was more aware of my choices... not to say I made better choices, just that I was aware and I guess that is a start in the right direction.
I will get through this. Tomarrow will be even better.

Actually much better! And moving in the right direction.

I found a recipe for sugar free marshmallows. It was the first recipe that I did with my kitchenaide stand mixer (got it for Christmas one year, I was a VERY good girl. LOL) 

Being aware is important. You can't decide a direction until you know where you ARE...

You did good considering the fasting can really put a crimp in the ability to get in food in any quantity...Just  a regular day for me, still struggling with the carb demons, know I just have to go cold turkey for a couple of days, on track to JUST DO IT today...

Tuesday's chow:

B - sf nf venti triple pumpkin pie latte, 1 sausage link and 1/2 a slice of lowfat blueberry coffee
       cake

L - 2 slices deli turkey, each wrapped around a lite mozz stick and 1/4 cup sf blackbean and
       pepper pico de gillo

D - 4-5 oz baked tilapia topped with sliced onions and lemons, 1/2 c homemade gr beans and
       bacon

S - protein cocoa

S - 1 serving mixed almonds, cashews and p-nuts

Water / crystal lite - 96 oz ( little low )            Cals - 1248     Fat - 46     NetCarbs - 79     Prot - 102

Don't you totally love the numbers that tilapia can give you? I just LOVE tilapia, for that reason.

Good numbers. granted alittle low on the water but it's still WAY more than some people get, and the daily recommended is only 64 ounces, so you're great on it according to the US Surgeon General. LOL.
