7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Sobs Living Tropical
8:00 am 6 small raw grapes
8:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
9:10 am 5 large strawberries, 3 chunks of melon, 3 chunks of watermelon
10:15 am 1/2 sandwich, 4 oz chicken breast, 1 oz raspberry vinaigrette, 2 slices wheat bread
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:45 pm 1/2 sandwich left from this morning.
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:00 pm hard boiled egg
2:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
3:30 pm 1 medium apple

6:00 pm 5 oz (before cooking) regular grind hamburger. a sprinkle of parm cheese and two fries.

Happy Friday, ladies!
Today was a busy day. I did a lot of running around before work.
My eating was off today. we had the potluck/baby shower with lots of food. I didn't do too bad considering all the food around here.
My good eats...
B: EAS Protein shake

2 hot wings, 1 big fried chicken tender, 1/4 c. pasta salad, 1/2 serving of sun chips w/ salsa & 2 strawberries
S: 1/2 a chocolate cupcake ... soooo sweet!
D: 3 hot wings, 1/2 cup of jambalaya w/ sausage, 1/2 serving of sunchips w/ salsa
S: 1 Chocoalte chip cookie, handful of grapes and 1 big strawberry
in my opinion, i didn't do too bad for an off day with a party. Protein is low but im good.

We went to see Harry Potter, theater was crowded, movie was good...Popcorn all around, have to admit I succumbed to the call BUT only had about 10 popped kernels TOTAL - I can live with it...

Small apple with Peanut Butter
2 slices of ham (2oz) and about 1 maybe 2 oz of Cheddar cheese with 4 low fat cracker
1/4 cup of mixed nuts
Dinner was a BBQ
maybe 3 oz of meat grilled. 1 bite of potatoe salad
Then the girls convinced me to do a jello shot later in the evening.
well it may have been funny for a while but this morning my head hurts. I know now why I dont' drink often.
