I did alittle better today..I even got dessert tonight..

B: 3 egg omelet with swiss cheese and ortega chiles, 1/3 cup cottage cheese and 1 slice whole wheat toast without the crust

L: 1 can tuna, 2 slices onion, 1 T light ranch dressing, 1.5 oz jack cheese and 16 whole grain crackers

D: 4 oz tilapia, 1/2 cup white rice (new thing for me) and broccoli/pepper/onion

Dessert: 1/4 of a recipe for sugar free protein microwave cake..with sf whipped topping

I got all my water, and then some. I had three bottles before lunch..and we went shopping and at least moved around some..The only thing I skipped was my oatmeal breakfast and that made a big difference. I'm thinking on the weekends, that should be skipped.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1606
Fat: 73.4
Carbs: 102.1
Protein: 137.2

Not too bad and I still might not be able to finish my dessert...Early to bed and I'll be ready for tomorrow.

Oh, BTW, I did visit my dad and he's doing okay...he was having a bad day for my sister and his medications are interacting. Since my step mom is very protective of him, I can't even suggest anything on the meds. Shes the boss..

How did you do this weekend? Just remember, it's only the weekend..Even Nutrasystems lets you have the weekends off..Have a great week and be KIND to yourself! See ya.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I found fiber one whole grain pancake mix...that's the "flour" that I use for the microwave cakes...even so...those things are really filling. Took me two sittings to finish HALF of one..But without it I'd have been at 1400 calories and that's just not enough.

Pizza just doesn't work for me at all. The last time I got a calzone and just ate the filling out of it. It just looks so sad to have that pizza crust sitting there naked when I'm done. LOL. I guess the italian food is just out because it just has so much bread and pasta...I have spaghetti squash and that's okay but...I do miss the pasta.

Very good day for you...nice list and good activity..Keep up the good work. See ya.

So far it looks like everyone enjoyed the weekend, me too...Rode the motorcycle most of the day on Saturday then out to dinner - Sunday, usual errands, a little housework and a moment to relax...Kept it on track for the most part, one really BIG ( and good ) eye-opener was on Saturday... I shared a soft serve sundae with DH, since giving up white carbs and processed sugar over a week ago this was my 1st try at processed sugar, seriously dumped, which is a good thing, cuz my sugar threshold has been steadily on the rise for the last year, this means the grouchy pouchy is still really doing its job and that is GREAT , feels good to have that kind of control back in place...

B - protein coffee & 2 slices crispy bacon

S - sf nf vanilla McCafe latte

L - strawberry banana protein shake

S - 1 oz chicken thigh & 1/3 serv of honey roasted peanuts

D - 4 oz grilled BBQ chicken, 1/2 c fresh gr. beans and country ham, 1 slice grilled fresh
pineapple, & 2 tbsp sauteed mushrooms

S - 1/2 serving cashew pieces

Water / Crystal lite - 104 oz                         Cals - 909     Fat - 38     NetCarbs - 55     Protein - 91

Check in later, happy Monday...

It sounds a bit funny but congrats on the dumping...LOL. I know what you mean. I know that I can tolerate some sugar and that's scary so I just stay away from all that stuff.

That;s a great list and really really good totals...You did really well. Keep up the good work...See ya.
