Accountability - Friday..
This week is finally OVER! Whew..Now begins the weekend. I'm starting to think I'm a freak. I decided early today (at breakfast) that I was gonna eat anything I wanted...anything. I even had a sandwich for lunch..whole wheat but it was a sandwich..How is it that each and every day I just stop at 1600 to 1700 calories...right smack in the middle? WTHeck? Anyway. I was not all that good today. I snacked on sugar free candy and didn't drink enough water. I'm so stuffed right now from our steak dinner that I don't think I could stuff another ounce of water in there...But if I get Un-full later, I will have some warm tea or some more water.
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1tsp instant espresso powder, 1 cup soy milk, 1 scoop EAS Soy Protein
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry Limeade
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:50 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:30 am 1/2 pastrami sandwich (2 slices whole wheat, 1 slice swiss, 1 slice muenster, mustard/mayo)
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 1/2 pastrami sandwich
2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Peach (actually didn't like this so I poured it out)
3:30 pm 3 pc sugar free chocolate candy
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
7:00 pm 4.5 oz ribeye steak, 1 dinner roll, 1 cup salad greens and a half ounce of ranch dressing.
whew...still stuffed...

Protein: 133.6
I'm still stuffed! dh and I split that meal and he's eating the dessert portion now. How can he do that? I couldn't even drink a sip of warm tea at this point...oh well. I bet it was the dinner roll that's hurting me.

Shopping...so much fun. Even if I don't buy anything, it's fun to get out and look.
Be sure and eat something with your meds...those can be tough on the stomach without food...Just alittle something.
That sandwich I had yesterday was so much! I guess eating bread is what fills me up the most. Can't even eat a whole sandwich at a time...Wow...sure different from the old days. I remember once that my grandmother made me some pickled watermelon rinds and I ate sandwiches with butter and pickles all afternoon...

B: 3 strips of Turkey bacon & Carb/sugar control yogurt
S: Beef jerky & few watermelon chunks
L: Salad.. grilled chicken, boiled egg, cheese, lots of raw veggies & ff italian dressing
S: 1/4 C. candied pecans & 4 small strawberries
D: 2 Baked chicken legs, 1/3 c. brown rice & 4 asparagus spears
S: South beach diet protein cereal bar

L-part of a carlls JR burger- I offered to take a co worker out to lunch and this was her choice, I should of ordered grilled chicken!

It is hot outside! We were up to 102 today...nothing gets done with the sun high up in the sky...nothing. I work in the yard about 7:30 and today, I'm not. LOL. It's my surgiversary and I plan to do, well, nothing. Maybe next year.
Mmmm. brown rice too...I haven't eaten dinner yet and I think I'm hungry.
