Wow i thought I was alone!

Hi I am just about to reach four yrs since surgery. I have maintained my weight 153 for over two yrs. I stay within 3 lbs. However, I can not seem to lose more. I turned on my computer and watched the utube of the 650 lb. virgin which is awesome and more power to David that he got help and was able to lose all that weigt w/o surgery. I could not. I lost and regained only to fail again. I just got engaged and my life is finally coming all together getting married next summer. I contribute all of this confidence to my success due to my surgery. However, i am still weighing in as Overweight. I need to get ready for this wedding and ready to get pregnant soon there after. Help? I need advice.Thanks for reading. It is such a blessing that I came back on here today for a swift kick in the rear and remebered I am not alone in this journey.

You are definitely not alone in your journey..It doesn't take anything to fail. Just when you fall down, stay down. But if when you fall down, you get back up and keep trying. That's success, no matter how far you get...Just keep getting up and dust yourself off and keep trying..
