Wow...short list..Are you getting all your water, vitamins and some exercise? I hate that word and would rather use "movement" because that's basically what I get in. Alittle walking, alittle filing, alittle rock picking, alittle vacuuming, laundry..

I just remembered I also had a small salmon patty during the day sometime!

I do usually get in my water, I aim for 80oz a day.
the lunch yesterday was big and very filling and I had about 2-3 hours of nausea following, not sure why. It sucked!!!!

I am not good at the exercise but I did push my little guy around in his toy car very vigorousely for about 20 minutes, haha, i was even sweating :)

The exercise ALL counts...vacuuming counts so pushing the little guy around counts for sure! LOL.

Maybe too much fat in lunch? Sometimes it's not the sugar but the fat that "gets" me. Just have to live and learn...

Hey, hey all...

Its Friday morning, heading into the weekend which should be good, but I'm kinda in a funk and need to shake that off , think it might be partly due to white carb withdrawl, going on day 6 of "just saying no" to simple carbs of any kind, the challenge will be to keep at it and defeating the mood...

Thursdays food :

B - choc & banana protein shake

S - sf nf cinnamon dulce latte @ starbucks

L - italien chicken sausage with about 1/2 cup of porcini mushroom and tomato sauce

S - 1 serving honey roasted cashews

D - 3 oz baked salmon with lime / butter sauce and 1 1/2 cups caesar salad

S - 1 prune & 1/2 serving of cinnamon almonds

Water / Crystal lite  96 oz                      Cals - 1067     Fat - 47     NetCarbs - 70     Prot - 90
