Accountability - Thursday
One day closer to the weekend. Can't be much wrong with that. Meetings and deadlines are keeping my mind occupied..with sparse moments of stressing. I'm maybe getting better.
List for the day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1tsp instant espresso powder, 1 cup soy milk, 1 scoop EAS Soy Protein
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
8:30 am 1 hard boiled egg, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
10:15 am handful of sf dark chocolate covered peanuts (not a full serving of 1/4 cup-maybe half)
10:30 am 4 oz chicken thigh, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz thousand island dressing
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated
12:30 pm handful of sf dark chocolate covered peanuts (the other half serving)
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
3:30 pm 1 medium orange
4:00 pm 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1T sour cream/dip
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tide Me Over
6:30 pm 3 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 small baby white potato, 1/2 T margarine
Totals for the day:

All that talk about eggface's 5 minute cup/mug cake and I'm looking at having one of those tonight. Now if I only had some sugar free ice cream (or frozen yogurt..) I need to get the old ice cream maker out and dust that puppy off..

BTW, thanks for the prayers and good vibes for me for the stress from my dad..I think I'll be okay. Just do me a favor and give your parents a hug if they are still around...they won't be forever and you should appreciate them even if they're horrible parents. Parents do the best they can with what they have and they are not perfect.

Good evening, ladies! I cant believe tomorrow is Friday. This week flew by!
I didn't do too much before work today. Went to the college to update some paperwork then came back home, unpacked a little bit then relaxed til work at 3:00.
Early AM:
12 oz Coffee w/ splenda & half n half
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled with ham & Cheese and a dash of hot sauce
Snack:
South Beach diet protein cereal bar
Lunch:
Lean Cusine frozen dinner
3 chunks of watermelon .. soo good and sweet!
Snack:
NSA Yogurt
3 small strawberries
Snack:
Fun size butterfinger
Dinner:
1/2 a serving of whole wheat pasta w/..
turkey pepperoni, turkey sausage, onions, peppers, NSA speghetti sauce and mozz cheese
& 3 small asparagus spears
Snack:
Small wedge of watermelon
I went over a little on the carbs due to my unplanned canday at work but overall, i'm pleased with my totals.

That surprise candy can really screw you up...I know. After last weekend's parties and all the left over food, I brought all the good stuff to work for everyone else to eat...LOL. That chocolate cake with the twix bars on top disapeared in less than a day! LOL.
Yeah, I can see the carb numbers are high. Protein is alittle low but it's still good. Alot of people don't go more than 60 grams of protein and I have NO idea how they do it. I'd be in a carb coma, I figure!

I sometimes wonder about that myself. I want to stay lower on the calories because it seems I eat all day long anyway but if I do go down to 1200 a day on calories, I lose weight..I don't dare do that either...So my metabolism must be higher than most, I guess. Freakin hummingbird, I guess. LOL.

YAY! A day off. I saw some mini muffins on the eggface blog as I was pasting the link to the little 5 min mug cakes and figure those will have to come home with me when the oven is off of it's vacation. Around here, no oven work from May to October. LOL. I don't think the sun needs any competition to warm up the house.
