Finally, i got it. They have $100 off special this month, so i ordered mine and the CS has been terrific so far. They spent well over an hour on the phone with me and set up my program. I wore this device to bed last night and you know what, i burned 424 calories sleeping. So if i can just sleep my life away and not eat, i certainly will lose weight right???? LOL Anyway, i can't wait to get the digital display in sync so i have a real time account on the calories I am burning. Just wanted to share how excited I am!

There are a couple of ladies in our local support group that have those..They said the information can be so addicting! I'm bad enough with the internet! Give me a week without internet access and I'll be in a rubber room. I don't need another transfer addiction. LOL.

Let us know how it goes!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Where did you get yours?  I am on the fence as to whether or not I want one.

Does it come with a heart rate monitor as well and is i****erproof?

The bodybug is a device you wear on your arm, that calculates with 90 plus percent accuracy the number of calories you are burning. For example i burn 450- 475 calories each night sleeping. It has a monthly subscription you need to purchase with it, that allows you to upload the calories you have burned and the food you have eaten can be entered to give you what your deficit or overage is. It also provides meals plans you can follow should you choose to. For me, I bought the digital display, so i have real time info on my calories burned. I have set it for 2300 calories burned daily. When i reach that amount it beeps. It also beeps when i reach my desired 10,000 steps. The body bug straps to your arm like an ipod or mp3 player. If you don't have the digital display you just upload the data each eve, to see if you met your goals. I bought mine at apex.com
Honestly, i think the digital display is worth the extra money. It motivates me throughout the day. In addition, I find I am much more conservative in my eating now, as i want to see 1000 deficit a day. For me this can be done by eating 1300 calories and burning 2300 calories. I absolutely love this device. I will keep you posted on the wt loss, my goal is 2 lbs a week for a total of 25 lbs.
