I've gained & have to track food, need suggestions
I use the daily plate and you are right it does take a lot of time at first but once you do it for about a week you will see it goes much faster because you are not having to enter your foods each time. It is a great tool. I can not loose weight at the calorie level they say I should loose at though. I really like it and it has a lot of other info like weight chart over time. I am doing the "get back on track" thing right now as well. I have gained about 25 lbs, and I will ge them off. I can not get into my clothes from last summer, and it is killing me. I have done really well for 3 days now! I have been working out again. That seems to be the key for me. Good luck! I know that we can take control again.
