Tailbone Trauma

Hi there:

The donut pillow from my local walgreens has been my best friend for 2 1/2 years.  I do not leave home without it especially if I am sitting for any length of time.  It is always in my car and goes to ballgames, graduations, etc.  what ever the occasion is.  I think I paid $12.00 for mine.  Obsolutely the best investment I have made since the surgery.

Go to Target, to their Luggage section and purchase a blow up neck pillow. Blow it up and put the opening toward the back. It was a huge lifesaver. I think it cost $8 or $10.

Please spay and neuter your pets!

A good friend of mine on here named "JuneCleaver" had actual tailbone surgery. You might want to send her an email and get all the specifics. Good luck.

Wow, i'm six months post surgery and I thought it was just me. Man my tail huts on a 15 minute ride now. I got a pillow and it's aggravating, but it helps? I wouldn't trade the 162lbs i've lost for a less sore tailbone though. Take care.
