Accountability - Monday

Hi Dawn,
I've seen you post on the Cali Board and then here and just wanted to ask you what kind of Drink Mix you are using.  I really need to get away from the diet soda - I let if go flat and then drink it and would love to find a substitute.  Crystal Light doesn't agree with me.

I drink the generic type of Crystal Light in Walmart and I also drink South Beach Living Way sometimes. Hawaiian Punch also makes flavor packets, along with lipton and Arizona Ice Tea. I found a 99 cent store that carries the knock offs and sometimes SoBe...so I check there often. Also, I drink Power Edge which is made by Sturm foods. It has caffeine in it. Morning Spark is also made by Sturm and has caffeine in it. I haven't been able to kick the caffeine habit at all so I have one of those during the afternoons and it picks me up some.

There are others too. By splenda (check with netrition.com) and see. I ordered a box of 30 of those for $3.99 just the other day. Raspberry I think. There are also TruLemon packs that you can put in water just to change the flavor alittle. Fullfill makes some water flavors. They're light and not much flavor but it's something.
