Not too bad. Protein is very high but I had my gallon of water. Maybe I'll have another container before bed instead of a dessert..

My doggies need attention so I'm gone..

How did you do?

Seems to me that you're numbers are s l o w ly getting lower. Not the protein but the calories..is that right? Maybe I missed something and maybe it's the summer heat. It is for me.

I found a new breakfast: breakfast iced coffee and it's good and quick.

1/3 cup instant oatmeal ground up in my coffee grinder to powder
1 tsp instant espresso powder
1 cup plain soy milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 packet splenda
1 cup crushed ice.

all in the blender and blended till it's like a shake..

Just about the same protein and calories as my oatmeal and nicer to have on a day that's going to top over 100 degrees..

Your numbers are great and the percentage on the protein is really high. You're doing so good. I"m glad you post your food and numbers..it's funny but it tells me if you can, I surely can too. Thanks.

That iced coffee sounds yummy.

For the past week my calories are lower than normal.  I'm on a new med and my appetite is non existent right now.  I only ate half of my dinner last night and no snack so my calorie intake is even lower than 1200. I like to stay between 1200 and 1300 so my weight stays the same.

I forgot it is a three dat weekend; woohoo! I went to the Jonas Brothers last night with my 9 year old, it was fun, but loud! I had a headache that was awful until afternoon! I did good today! I see the plastic surgeon again in three weeks so would like to get a few pounds off if I can!
1000-greek chicken
1230-greek salad with turkey
1400-egg salad
1600-sf jello with cool whip
1800-turkey jerky and raspberries
2000-rotisserie chicken, brocoli, and cantelope

No exercise but all my water, vitamins, iron and calcium.
I have cut up cantelope, veggies and hummus to take with me tomorrow. I will be at an all day conference tomorrow so need to plan ahead. I will have a protein drink before I go, planned snack and will just pick the protein and veggies out of whatever they serve tomorrow for lunch.

LOL. Jonas brothers. I remember the Jackson Five being like that when I was 9...

Really good day. Oh Yeah wafers are a great substitute for candy. My next order from netrition will probably include those, I think.

You got some exercise..just not the mega doses you're used to. That's okay. tomorrow is another day. LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Started off not so good. I had a happy meal. Ate it all. That was lunch. For dinner I had sea food. I had a whole flounder plate. Ate it all. Even the F.F. They upped my xanax and they make me eat. I guess that is a good thing. I am just scared I want be able to stop. I want to get up to 110 lbs. and stay there. At 110 lbs. I can still wear my size 0 not my double 00. That is another can of worms. lol...Got in all my water and a few glasses of tea. Sonic sells bags of the little pelet ice. I love it. I went got some and ate ice all day. And they have diet cherry slushes. Only place I can find them. About time after looking 4 years. Love you all. Have a blessed day.

Great! Don't worry if the xanax makes you want to eat. Even without the xanax the little bit of carbs that you're getting will make you want more carbs and that's still a good thing and very natural. The body is an amazing thing! Give it what it wants and you'll go great distances and be healthy. The problem comes in when we think about it too much. The brain gets us into trouble in SO many areas.

You have great control. You'll be able to stop, no problem. You keep track of all you eat and that's really good. You're just like me. You worry about that one pound turning into 100 pounds but it won't. It took years to put on that much weight so it won't come back over night...you just have to remind yourself of that.

Diet cherry slushes...hmm. We have a Sonic in the town where I work. I'm thinking I may have to go get one. Friday we're going to our friends' house in another town (driving right by there) and by the time we get that distance, I'll need a cool drink. It's 100 degrees here during the day. I'm going to get one on the way...

Hey, Hey to All...

Sorry I missed you guys over the weekend, internet was on the fritz, back up and running so I'm back to reporting in...Weekend was good, held my own on my weight which is really good for me, I usually pick up 1-2 lbs between Friday and Monday weigh ins and then spend the next 2 days losing them - not a good cycle to be in, need to work out a way ( that I can stick with ) to break this pattern...

B - Choc , pb, & banana protein shake

S - coffee with carb countdown and 1 petite vanilla scone from Starbucks

L - 3 caesar deviled eggs and 5 mini potato salad stuffed skins and 1 mini dk snickers

S - protein coffee

S - 1 tbsp homemade trail mix

D - 1/2 a panini made with london broil, ham, turkey and colby jack cheese & 5 french fries &
2 sf bread and butter pickle spears

Water / crystal lite  - 95oz                    Cals - 1033     Fat - 46     NetCarbs - 76         Protein - 79

Water was off at my office all day, so low on liquids...Dawn, a word of caution on ordering the Oh Yeah and Power Crunch bars in the summer - they melt in the heat ...

Have a great summer day, until later...

I have some sugar free candies that I kept in a "cookie" jar on the counter...I had to move them to the fridge. I think maybe the protein bars will go to the freezer here shortly. LOL. 100 degrees...what a blister summer we're having!

Very good list. And your numbers look awesome..Keep up the good work. See ya.
