I'm not sure a brownie is a good substitute for a whole MEAL..LOL. I'm weighing my options on that. but it sure did taste good. I'm thinking split four ways, maybe. LOL.

I'm watching Johnsonville brauts commercials wondering if I can get beef ones...and then I see turkey sausage...so now I'm off thinking in THAT direction. Gosh, a barbeque is calling me this evening. Got to get dh motivated to have a barbeque...

Great list and awesome numbers, even if it was "on the road". Have a great weekend. Hope all turns out well with the doctor. See ya.

LOL. Funny how that works! Like two little kids. You got a lollipop, I wanna lollipop! So we bought some beef ribs (I wanted spareribs but we have time to get some more...) for the big FOURTH of JULY deal we'll have next weekend. We do bingo/game night and next weekend is our turn to host it. So I'm thinking brauts, myself. LOL.

Hi All,

Well, as previously predicted, Friday was off the chart , knew it would be loaded with temptation, also knew I would succumb, overall the damage could have been worse, I can live with the results, days like this one are few and far between...

B - iced protein laced coffee

S - 2 mini dk snickers & a protein coffee

L (over about 2 hrs) - 3" of a meatball grinder, 3 stuffed potato salad bites, 2 caesar deviled
eggs, 1/2 c tortellini salad w/chicken, 3 hot wings & a small slice of german choc cake

S - taste of trail mix

D - 1 small spring roll, 4 calamari rings, 1 wrapped shrimp, 1/4c pad thai, 1 small slice general
tao's chicken, 1/2 c gammachu chicken ( has chicken, shrimp, vegies and mango slices)
3 bites of steamed white rice

S - 1 spoon of starbucks icecream

Water / crystal lite / hot tea 108 oz             Cals - 1436     Fat - 73      NetCarbs - 115     Prot - 77

Had to really guess on the intake for the Thai food, most of the stuff was not on thedailyplate, so improvised to get my totals on that, think I'm pretty close...Back on track today and plan to do alot of walking to work off a few of those extra carbs from yesterday...

See ya...

Oh my...Really gets you to wondering, actually. Your day of plunder is less than my day of reserve...LOL. Yikes.

And I had some protein coffee this morning. Instant espresso with soy milk and chocolate protein with ground up instant oatmeal...Since it's gonna be well over 100 today, I didn't need oatmeal to warm me up.

You did awesome for a day that was off the charts. You really did rein yourself in for a wild day...you did awesome..Have a great weekend..See ya.
