I actually had a really good day today! I hit the ground running this morning at 4 am with laundry and house work. When the sun came up about 5:30 I was outside trimming trees and oleanders. It was four hours of house work and cleaning and I made that faux-tatoe salad for my sister's barbeque and chopped up some fruit for that too. We went out to breakfast with friends and then shopping. We came home and rested and I actually napped for an hour before going to the barbeque. The weather kept people away. Only about 80 people showed up. My brother was nice and we had a great conversation...That was amazing..and surprising.


List for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce
2B: 2 fried eggs, cottage cheese and 1 slice of rye toast
L: Pita sandwich with 2 oz ham, 1 slice provolone, sauerkraut and mustard

Actually, no snacks cuz I know there will be snacks at my sisters

D: 5 large shrimp, 1/2 oz ****tail sauce, 1/2 cup potato chips, 1/2 oz onion dip made w/ sour cream, 4 small spare ribs

I may have a snack before bed but I've had six containers of water (24 oz each) and I'm tired. It's been a long day.

It was a normal day for me. My sister in law actually said I looked like I had put on a few pounds. I haven't but I'm sure my body is just settled into this weight..

You were up before the snakes I bet! I was busy all day as well, still not done! I have lasagna in the oven for fathers day tomorrow. It is my husbands favorite and I think I have made it three times in 13 years. I was up at 0700 for my saturday run with my group. I hurried home and had breakfast that my husband made then hurried to my 2 hour Zumbathon. Came home played a few games with my daughter, read the paper then my daughter and I went shopping for fathers Day. Grocery shopping then home fixed dinner and started on laundry while I put together lasagna and "green pie" a WW recipe, another of my husbands favorites. Why am I spoiling that man this year; hope he doesn't think it will be a yearly thing;haha.
0700-protein drink
0945-scrambled eggs w cheese and few hashbrowns
1300-turkey jerky
1430-tuna salad on a low carb tortilla
1530-100 cal kettle corn
1800-pretzel at the mall
2000-2 slices papa Murphy delite
2130-raspberries; they were on sale
40 minutes of running, 2 hour zumbathon. I drank plenty of water and remebered all my vits, calcium and iron. Tomorrow my daughter and I are being baptized, so just church and early dinner with my husband and his parents before he goes to work, and of course Sunday Zumba. I am going to laze around in the evening!

Yeah, those snakes are LAZY...LOL. Actually, they don't handle the cold any better than I do so they are sleeping when it's cold. At the very least they are very slow when it's cool outside so if I do see one, he's moving slow enough that I am in practically no danger at all. It's a rare year that we see Mojave Greens around here but we saw one late last summer so I'm always careful until I've seen a couple of the "good guys".

You did awesome on thelist and the exercise. zumbathon...cool.

Yeah, you would think hubbies have a special day or something..LOL. I already gave dh his Father's Day cache..a cute card; specialty T-shirt and coffee cup (both about hermit crabs..LOL) so we're good for a while. I figure breakfast, which is our Sunday tradition, will be on me today. He's a great dad and wonderful husband, he deserves it. I'm hoping his daughters call him, not holding my breathe but..maybe.

Got in all my water then some :)

 even got me in 1 cup of coffee.   wow thats alot for me. Up 1 lb. this morning.

That's great...all sorts of protein and carbs..no fiber but heck...who cares about that. Do you ever put No Sugar Added Swiss Miss in your coffee? It's SO good. I got hooked on that stuff. That and the splenda mocha sticks for coffee..I'm such a coffee geek. LOL.

I had a busy saturday. We are having a fathers day party for my dad and brothers so we spent the day shopping, cleaning and cooking.

I love to get ready for a party..As a matter of fact, we have a party we're hoping to throw in August that will have all four of dh's grandkids from Sacramento here at the house. We haven't seen them since the third one was a baby..and now she has a #4..So the yard needs work and the house needs work..we're working hard on everything.

List looks really good. You can eat bananas. I'm jealous. I dump on them so bad, that's pretty much why we missed church last week cuz of a stupid banana..
