Accountability - Thursday
Slow week..But tomorrow is Friday and that's good enough for me.

6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange
11:10 am 3 oz tilapia, 1/2 cup cole slaw

This week is dragging for me as well! I am so glad it is Friday tomorrow! I have had an alright day, actually I had candy in the afternoon;darn.
0800-EAS RTD protein drink
0930- 1 apple and 1 sting cheese
1200-inside of a chicken taco salad a nd just a few tortilla chips
1430- 1 mini york P patty, 1 mini tootsie roll and 2 orange slices
1800-turkey kielbasa, small baked potato and asparagus
Later- not sure a banana sounds good and beef jerky sounds good too.
No exercise but I ran last night with a few of my running mates. I bought new running shoes yesterday so took it easy to avoid blisters. I got all my water in and vitamins and calcium.
I signed up for a 4 week twice weekly women on weights class at the YMCA, it starts July 6th. This has been a goal of mine since January 2008. Better late than never! We are having a summer potluck at work tomorrow so I am planning ahead, to avoid too much unplanned eating. So far no one is bringing anything I can't resist!

I'm headed to my sister's place tomorrow so I can totally relate to being able to resist food I should...Yikes. I have to be really ready.
Good list for you. nice that you added the string cheese to the apple to balance the carbs/protein deal.
GREAT on the biweekly classes. I'm doing yard work for my summer "make over" just trying to increase my activity.
Keep up the good work. See ya.

I think I remember that you work weekends. That sucks..your weekend comes in the middle while the world is on a completely different schedule. that's hard.
Your list is really good. and the numbers are great. Keep up the good work. See ya.

Thanks!
Nope, I didn't layer it.
I Took the sausage out the casing, browned it. Added the chopped bell pepper, onion, garlic and pepperoni to that. When the veggies got soft, I added the sauce and cooked pasta. I added a liittle itilian season too. It didnt' take long at all. I only used half the amount of pasta to cut back the carbs and it's very filling because of the meat. Oh, then topped it with FF mozz cheese.. delish!
I use the spicy italian turkey sausage from walmart.

IIITTTT's Friday !!!
Hey everyone, glad to see the weekend, even with the short week its always great to have a few days off...My SIL will be in town tonight to visit for the next week, trying to work out a meeting for my oldest to work on his MH plan, proving a challenge to coordinate all the important people to make it as the same time...
Thursdays food, not bad, especially considering we went out for mexican with a group for hours and hours - all that cheesy stuff and unlimited chips-n-salsa on the table is hard to resist...
B - strawberry and banana protein shake
S - coffee with carb countdown
S - 2 oz thin slice pork tenderloin spred with laughing cow lite ( meat made a great
"cracker" for the cheese )
L - power crunch protein bar spread with 1 tbsp pb
D - arroz con pollo y camarones, about 1/3 cup of mexican rice, 1/4 cup refried beans, about 1/2
a cheese stuff poblano pepper and handful of chips and salsa
S - small palm of homemade trail mix
Water / crystal lite - 112 oz Cals - 1280 Fat - 58 NetCarbs - 66 Protein - 99
Totals are my best estimate to include what I ate at the restaurant, hard to gauge these things and I might be a little low on all the numbers...
Have a great weekend, check in with ya later ... Alesia 5'5" 136 lbs
