Accountability - Friday
The best layed plans...Tonight was the 22nd anniversary of our first date. Pretty nice that it hits on a Friday night (like it did 22 years ago) but still...it's alittle different. Instead of a hot fudge sundae at Denny's and packs of cigarettes and hours of talking and staying out till the sun came up...we hit Chilis, no dessert, home before the sun went down. LOL. That's getting OLD.
List for the day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 4 large strawberries
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Tropical
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:30 am The other half of the fish sandwich I started yesterday.
10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:15 pm 3 oz chicken leg, 1/2 cup cole slaw
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:45 pm 1 nectarine, 1 medium grapefruit
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Mixed Berry
6:45 pm Chilis half order of Monterey Chicken and 1/3 order of loaded mashed potatoes and 3 ounces of margarita. Couldn't even drink HALF a margarita! LOL. Had help on the mashed potatoes
Tomorrow is Eric Burden and the Animals at the local car show...I can hardly wait.

It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was gonna be. The whole order of Chicken would have been 3050 mg of sodium...I'm gonna be paying for that tomorrow in swelling up water weight gain! It even tasted salty...Next time, I'm gonna pony up for the salmon or tilapia instead. 395 calories or 199 for the tilapia...ah well. Live and learn.
